I have been getting pedis from Moon for years. Literally 3+ years. Ive come for wedding nails, nails during both of my pregnancies, and celebratory nails. I even moved to the west side and have commuted an hour each way to continue getting pedis here because Moon is the best. Scheduling was never an issue before, but as the years went on it became much harder to get in with Moon. You typically need a couple weeks notice to get a spot. Unfortunately... Today, after waiting 3 weeks for my appointment, I was told by another staff member that someone else was scheduled instead and it mustve been the mistake of the scheduling person. She said they put me down for a pedi with "anyone available". That doesnt even make sense? Who schedules weeks in advance to be with "anyone"? Only loyal customers schedule that far in advance with the person they are loyal to. I tried to explain that my birthday is in 3 days, I am flying to go on vacation on Friday, and I booked this appointment with Moon (never anyone else) weeks ago, AND I just took an hour drive to get here. The lady who spoke with me shrugged and said all she can do is get me in with someone else, so what do I want. She even pointed at the other customer waiting for her appointment with Moon and said "See? She's here, she has the appointment not you". Unprofessional. I have never been so embarrassed to try and explain how disappointing and inconvenient this was. She did NOT. CARE. No apology, no sympathy. I was on the verge of tears and kept gently explaining how disappointing this was. She asked if I wanted to call the manager which I agreed to so she put me on the phone and, although the manager was much nicer, my only option was to come back another time. No discount was offered because they need owner approval. I hate complaining, and I especially hate having to explain how upsetting this was but I did it anyway so they would know what a scheduling error can do to a person's plans. Because of this, I just simply cannot recommend this place anymore.

Stylist: I always request Moon. Moon is an amazing expert on her field; she is very sweet, polite, and I always go home with beautiful nails!!

Made an appointment with the tech I saw for my first visit. Get there early and find out they never pulled it from online and pit it on the calendar and overbooked. So, since I got sent away, I will never be back. Went someplace else that got me in right away and did great. Found someplace better. Silver linings and all that.

RUDE AF. girl put a nail on , it was glued on crooked. I said hey can u check this nail it looks a lil crooked....She literally said if you're not happy come back tomorrow and the owner do your nails. I drove all the way from San Tan Valley to get my nails for here because I used to always go here and they were all great. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISASTER OF A HUMAN EXPERIENCE. I will never go back. TAMMY/check your workers.

I hadn't had a manicure in years, so I was excited to schedule one with my friend. We didn't get to sit by each other but that's what ever. I was very confused by my manicure, my nail tech got up many times to help other customers. The whole process felt very very rushed, i'm not sure I even got a manicure, they pretty much just added polish. I get this is Mother's Day weekend, but an appointment is an appointment. Not impressed with the service in the slightest. Looks like a nice place but their techs seem rushed. Quality seems to exists if you're a hoity toity walk in though.

I just moved into the area and this is now the second time I have tried this nail salon. The first time I waited about 15 minutes and it took over two hours to get a manicure (dip) and regular pedicure. It was a Saturday so I understood it being the slowest service. I tried again today and waited 40 minutes (with an appointment) before finally giving up and leaving. This place is very disorganized and misleading about time for an appointment. I won’t be retuning and hope I can find another nail salon in the area.

Scheduled and confirmed appointment but still was put to wait. After 15 minutes after my appointment time i just canceled. Defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Lack of care to our time.

i've recently given this place another try and it didnt disappoint. instead of getting gel i got sns dip and tiffany slayed! i think that was her name. she did a great job and ill probably start coming back here again.

I've been a loyal customer for years. I recommended this place to friends and relatives but that changed today.... I received a call saying if I was late or coming to appt at 9am? however I originally made my appointment at 11am today but got rescheduled to 10am. I have an infant so I scheduled my babysitter and have been looking forward to my nail appt because it's been a few months of treating myself. during the call They told me the person I requested was not available all day. I wanted only that tech because I scheduled my whole day around seeing her for my nail services and they chose to blame it on me. I told them I had proof that I'm scheduled today at 10am they would not budge. for some reason I'm always getting rescheduled with other techs but today was the last straw. I've been patient and always gave them the benefit of doubt; i always was willing to switch times or nail Techs. I am sad because this place was my go to and now I have to find a new place to get my devices done after 13 years of being a loyal customer.
