Had a great experience this morning at the bank. The person who helped me and my mom with her account, Sky R., was super helpful and patient with us. It was one of my best experiences at a bank. So glad to have come to that branch!

I received the best customer service ever after all events happened since morning and I need new bank account. This branch have spacious, clean, tidy quiet and have privacy room for each client to process per your requirements.Mine received the best service from Sky Rodriguez since start from open new account with my extremely bad situation today, helping me on credit card application and also guided me on how to use online application. Last but not the least, how to use video banker. Thank you so much for your great service and i really appreciate your understanding.Will use services from this branch again : )

Worst bank ever .... terrible customer service and even if you have a check drawn on their bank name Good luck cashing it or having funds verified...Close your account now you will thank me later

I took a check there from Arizona labor force on Granite reef a company that uses them for banking, and they told me that they are unable to verify the check! WHAT?! But I was able to go to the bar next-door to Arizona and Labor Systems and cash my check. Makayla my video banker was kind and a lady of Victoria’s experiences.

I would not recommend PNC bank to anyone. When I attempted to setup a new account it pulled in all of my old contact info and accounts. Every time I attempt to use any online service I get error messages and incorrect data, not something you want from a bank. After speaking with a Regional Branch Manager, I was told that they could look into the issue in 5-8 business days. I don't think that's an acceptable time frame. At this point, all I'm being told is that it is out of the local branch's hands.

This bank is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They charge astronomical fees and have zero customer service. It’s a shame they bought BBVA. I’ll warn everyone I know to steer clear of these thieves.

This branch showed me how much difference customer service makes while using the same product. There was an error made on my account which was not the fault of anybody at this location but before I went there I went to a previous location and had worse than a one star experience. I then went to this location and experienced 180° professionalism. I was there for five hours which might make somebody assume that they didn’t have their hand on the pulse of my issue. That would be an inaccurate interpretation. Both gentlemen went through heaven, earth and hell to make sure my problem was rectified even though I had been told at a previous branch it was impossible. The men at this branch are men of honor and dignity and will treat you like a family member and if something goes wrong will literally do whatever is needed to fix the problem. After I spoke with the gentleman at the other branch (Israel Valdez) I had no intention of staying with PNC but the workers at this branch changed my opinion without even having to ask if I will be sticking with them. They kept a customer today who had full intentions of leaving and going to the newspaper and I am fully aware that I am hardheaded so the fact that by their professionalism and not a asking if I will be staying with PNC. Those two men are the only people I think who could have changed my mind and did so with actions not words.

After nearly 10 years moving to Phoenix without having access to a PNC local branch, I am so glad to see PNC expends operations in the West. This branch is so futuristic without having traditional bank teller counters but can handle all kinds of banking services. Justin helped me on wire transactions for a few times. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Highly recommend this PNC branch.

I’ve been banking with them for over 20 years and even when I moved roughly 1700 miles away from there nearest branch I stayed because THEY ARE THE BEST BANK!! Was so thrilled to see this location and the newest at San Tan Mall. Bravo! Welcome to AZ!!

Very happy they finally have a branch here. I have had PNC for around 9 years back in Illinois and used them here even without a branch for years. Great bank and always amazing customer service!

Love it of course it’s my favorite bank, I thought since moving here I was going to have to switch banks but got lucky cause now Pnc is coming to Arizona. Matthew is a big help and hard worker I definitely recommend this bank
