Walked in to inquire about the gratis day-pass advertised on their website. The desk clerk didn't reveal the promotion had expired until after I registered. To avoid sticker shock + wasted time and fuel, it's probably a good idea to call rather than rely on a website.
Very likely, I would have been a long term paying customer if I had a good initial preview of the gym.

Been coming to this PF for a few months now and I’m really impressed at the level of cleanliness and how well maintained all the equipment is. The staff is also always very courteous too :)

My husband and I have been going to planet Fitness since late February. We are never disappointed. Especially with the upgrades they did in either April or May (I forget when).

It’s a nice quiet place to work out… I’m older so I liked to walk on the treadmill in an air-conditioned place so I’m not out in the heat.

I enjoyed being member of this club because they do not judge like they said I love how clean and upgrades it seem at the club. The showers, bathrooms and locker room is far the best I've seen in all gym altogether. I wish they have the pool and tennis or basketball courts. That'll make it the 5 star definitely!?????

I can't believe I am writing this is 2024, but the only way you can cancel your membership is in person or by mail. No option on their site, app, over the phone or by email.
The gym itself is fine. There are no unassisted squat racks or power lifting weights. I often have to wait for free weights. Not a great option for weight lifters.

I feel like Planet Fitness "deals" are a scam. They don't tell you that you need a certain plan to be able to use all of the amenities that they have. Then when you want to cancel your subscription they continue to charge you and it's hard to get it cancelled.
