It is worth noting that the Auto Shipping group connects you with drivers and they do an excellent job. They communicated very well and found an excellent driver. I will use again if I need to ship another vehicle.

Great Customer service. Felicia worked overtime to find an enclosed carrier during a time of the year that is very difficult. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. ASG is dedicated to giving their customers the best experience.

This company is a scam! They quoted $100 and then day they were at towing my car across town. They told my mom that the tow driver wanted $70 and the tow driver said he took the job and said he would do it for $70 so what was $100 for? An appointment? Do not use this company. It is a scam. It’s a terrible company and I am going to let the world know.

I was PCSing to my first duty station from my hometown and was very stressed about figuring out how to ship my car as the military only covers this if you're going overseas. Thankfully I found out about the auto shipping group and couldn't be more thankful. I thankfully had an amazing coordinator Felicia help me throughout the whole process. Felicia's communication and care with me were amazing and how she explained the whole process along the way. Felicia also taught me about baiting and switching which is a malicious tactic other companies use to think you're getting a lower quote but will then raise the price when they get you to sign, I appreciate how transparent and personable she was with me about this. Felicia would call and check in to make sure the process was going as planned and keep me updated and in the know throughout the whole time. In this short time I had contacted Felicia to get my car picked up shortly after amazed me, I thought the process would be longer and rockier but she made it very easy and stress-free. I also came to find she was also able to fit me at a lower rate than I was expecting which was very courteous of her. Overall I was greatly satisfied with Auto Shipping Group, and have to thank Felicia for making it the great experience it was!

I had never shipped a car before in my lifetime, and needless to say, I was a bit concerned about what would happen with the car, how this worked, or anything else with this experience. Felicia, who was my assigned contact, was beyond amazing. Not only did she answer a bunch of questions, but was really helpful and patient with us. We didn't have a lot of details of where we were going when we started, and she kept offering suggestions, help and went above and beyond. A fantastic experience and I would work with her again in the future without a doubt!

Everything about my experience with Auto Shipping Group was absolutely flawless. Customer service, communication, timeliness, and their handling of my motorcycle. And all for a very reasonable price. If I need another vehicle transported I know exactly who I'll be contacting and if anyone asks me about having their vehicle shipped there's only one recommendation to make.

Absolutely recommend Auto Shipping Group! After the first company I hired couldn't follow through on their timelines or find a trailer that could fit my husband's truck, we contacted them late on a Wednesday night. Through this company, we received the truck by 10:30 am Saturday morning. They definitely know the business as well as take great care of their clients and vehicles. We worked with Felicia who was Absolutely amazing from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Felicia was very hands on from start to finish with our car shipment process. This was our first time shipping our car from CT to TX and in this day and age, with scammers running rampant, it was so so reassuring having all of our questions answered swiftly, efficiently, and accurately.
