I have had good luck with other pharmacies but the staff here are genuinely so pleasant and helpful every single time I come by. Their cheerful demeanor and kind smiles are very appreciated especially these days. Always on top of their game and very proactive. Awesome team here!”

“Customer Service desk had a long line that was going no where fast. I have noticed that every time I visit the store there are issues with Customer Service desk staffing.
02/06/24 - This has since greatly improved. I have had no problem with staffing. They are always pleasant and professional. Wait is average.”

““From day one, the staff advocated for me better than my own doctors! It’s nice to be treated more like a person rather than just a patient. I’ve been to a lot of infusion centers and this one is by far the best I’ve ever had the honor of receiving care from. I’ve been with Option Care for over a year now when I was put on TPN for my Crohn’s Disease in 2021. My husband and I have never had issues with billing. Their responses to my questions and needs have always been efficient and thorough. I’ve been given lots of treatment information, medical supplies, and even taught new skills to help manage my health. Their Care has always been of great quality and will continue to be the Option for me.
From their Dietician, to their Nurses, Specialists, and Admin Team… Thank you for supporting me during a time when I needed it most.”

1835 E Guadalupe Rd, Tempe“This review is solely based on Fry's grocery pick up service. After months of letting my husband grocery shop during COVID, I'd had enough. I felt exposure was too great. I finally decided to shop online at Frys and do pick up. I've used both the app and online versions. I was wowed! Super easy to order by category, or enter what you need in the find search bar. I was done with weekly shopping in 20 minutes. Pay and select pick up day and time. I recommend entering before pick up day so you have better choice of times. I've found weekend pick up slots can be slim. You'll get several reminders via email about your order. If you need to change something you have plenty of time to do so. Once noticed your order is complete, click on the option that says you're on your way. Drive up to a parking slot, tap the app option indicating you've arrived and enter stall number. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait before they roll up with groceries. I've never waited more than 7 minutes. When I ordered next, my some of past item were listed and I clicked on them to add to my cart. This made shopping even easier! I'm a convert to Frys pick up so it's even less for my husband to do. He's very about it too and I fell we are safer for doing it this way. Now hubby has more time to do more household chores :)”

1825 E Warner Rd, Tempe“This review is for the pharmacy.
I came in the other day and someone in front of me came in and purchased insulin syringes. This person looked like they were probably an addict, however the gentleman helping them was very polite, gave them what they asked for, completed the transaction and thanked them with a genuine smile on their face. They treated them like a human being the entire time. It was so amazing to see such human kindness instead of sheer ignorance and rudeness fueled by bias and prejudices that I would have normally witnessed in a situation like that. Most people will say that you are enabling them but smart people will know that that's just not true. They are going to use whether you sell them the syringes or not, at least this way, you are helping to minimize their chances of contracting something from sharing needles or developing an internal abscess from using used needles. Someone very close to me was an addict many years ago and this person developed an internal spinal epidural abscess from using old needles. They had to operate on this person and this person almost died. When they woke up, they were rudely told by a nurse that they would never walk again because the doctor damaged nerves during surgery. She wasn't gentle with her words, she didn't show any compassion at all. When she delivered the news, it was like she was saying "haha. That's what you get for being an addict." And that's the way the majority of the health care industry treats people struggling with addiction and it is very sad and is the reason so many people don't get the help they need.
Anyways, that person is able to walk but has to use a walker. They were very blessed and have been clean and sober for many years now. If they would have had access to clean, new syringes, this possibly would have never happened to them.
So thank you Walgreens pharmacy for setting aside your judgements, biases, and prejudices and helping those in need. We need more companies like that in the world. Keep up the amazing work and don't ever stop leading with human kindness. You are truly a blessing and you are very loved.
Just imagine how many lives you have saved. It is such a beautiful thing.
I would have given you a hundred stars if I could!

7AM - 10PM
2700 W Baseline Rd, Tempe“The store is fine. I like that there is an officer in the front. What bothers me is that all cashiers shut down early and it's only self check out. Many people have full carts and the line is insane. Self checkout is where people steal and drive up the prices. What's worse was last night there was 1 cashier and 1 guy working 12 busy self checkouts by himself. The manager came out and turned the cashiers light off to close it down, than disappeared again. You'd think he would help the self checkout guy? No. The officer actually bagged my groceries for me. Does the self checkout guy get paid for doing the job of 3-4 people? No. Does the manager bother to pitch in when all 12 are being use and a line stacking up? No. One person work 6 checkouts can be excessively busy, but 12? He's doing the job of 3 people and the boss can't help for a few minutes. I was disgusted.”

3232 S Mill Ave, Tempe“The pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly. This next part is not a reflection of store or pharmacy. Now as far as the store in a hole it's good, but if you place an order online and have it delivered and something gets messed up and you have to call customer service. They are a bunch of idiots. I was part of boost which gives you the free deliveries. I placed an order and they still charge me a delivery fee and it had to be escalated to management and they have to see if it deems worthy of a refund of a delivery fee that I wasn't supposed to be charged anyway. I am very disappointed in the phone customer relationship department. I will never place an online order with Fry's food again. I will use Walmart much better customer service department.”

2000 S Mill Ave, Tempe“5 stars because it means a lot knowing you can trust your pharmacy to get your medication to you on time, even when the doctor's office & insurance have given you a worst case scenario like I experienced today. Many thanks to the team here, they help long lines of folks with stressful issues all day long and are always kind and helpful!”
“It's been my pharmacy for 8 years. Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Almost always available to answer calls (it gets busy). Only downside is no drive-thru.”
“So unlike Walmart I had to review it. Amazing, overly helpful (in a good way). On time, very affordable. Super kind and nice employees. Like I said not anything like the store itself”

3255 S Rural Rd, Tempe“The fact that they are supporting alternative medicine is a huge step in the right direction so I give them props for selling and promoting CBD infused lotions, washes, scrubs, ect. The types of brands of hemp elixirs are expensive but made of higher end of organic quality - opposed to the CBD lines sold by CVS, and Walgreens are of poor generic look and feel to them. Frys wins. Even if Walgreens and CVS merged Fry's still would blow them out the water.”

Glad I found such a good pharmacy. I have to drive a bit to get my Rx but the team at this location is better than any of this ones closer to me!”

1750 E Broadway Rd, Tempe“I just spoke with Carly in the pharmacy department, she went above and beyond to help me use the RX discount program, with my insurance is was going to have to pay over $140 for my prescription I found a discount price through good RX and now I only have to pay $25, she was so patient and helpful, CVS needs to give her a raise”
9AM - 1PM 1:30 - 8PM
9900 S Rural Rd, Tempe“Darian has handled more of our order pick-ups at this location and every time we are met with the upmost care and helpfulness! They are always asking if we need anything else, asking us if we have any coupons, and reminds us that Fry's price matches their substitutions (which is super helpful when we have a smaller item substituted with a bigger size!) Very happy with their service!”
“Store seems clean and most of the staff is fairly friendly, have not used the pharmacy as of yet. Western Union is very quick and easy. The only strange thing is they have so many products under lock and key, even the body washes, have to admit, first time I've seen body wash for sale in a locked glass case. But if your item is locked away, they do have little buzzers by locked items so you don't have to go track someone down to help, which is nice. Could work on customer service at the front end as far as friendly customer engagement, parking lot a little narrow in places, but not a bad location. Will return if need be.”
“Justin Rodgers
It’s not often that one can say that an angel rings your doorbell in the form of a male PT nurse from AZ Home Care. That’s exactly what happened to me the first time Justin Rodgers came to my house to help me. I was trying to recover from an aortic dissection and I was out of breath just walking to the front door to let him in.
He was able to immediately give me some breathing exercises to do to slow down my breath. My heart rate was always in the high 90s and he was able to show me how to get that down as well. We then went on to some Strength Training exercises and he worked with me very slowly even though I exercised every day of my life, age had caught up to me at 77 after the aortic dissection. He was very understanding and very positive about my ability to get back to where I was.
In the course of events, I let him know what I was going through, a separation, and he was able to talk me through my fears of losing the house. As a result after one conversation about those fears I let the fears go and made some changes to my life. I owe those positive changes to Justin. I would not have had the courage to make the decisions that I made.
It is very rare to find a PT nurse who not only takes care of your physical well-being but actually is there to help you work through your emotional problems as well.
I’ve never met someone like Justin before. He is a truly wonderful, humble, charitable man who has only the best intentions for his patients and always puts them first!!”
