I've been a patient here for over 8 years and I have been so pleased with the way I am treated and served by the staff at Page. The PAs are always attentive and helpful for annual physical and the occasional illness. Genevieve is a great PA and provides professional and personalized support for whatever ailment is current. The office staff are also always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Let me just say Alex Lyons is the best. She is worth seeing. However, this place only cares about money. They put me in collections for $89.00. No option for a payment plan and has to be paid in full before I can see my Dr or get a renewal on my prescription. Of course $89.00 is not a lot of money, but with some financial hardships currently, this can be costly. Staff that are not providers here have no empathy. I was told it’s policy. Ok, I get that but the rudeness and no concern of someone’s health is devastating for a healthcare facility. This office, outside of the providers need customer service training.

Wonderful doctors, assistants, staff! Been seeing the practice for many years, can't say enough good things. Many family members also see these folks, and I refer whenever I can.
Excellent for families of all ages!

Every single person I encountered was so sweet and helpful! The medical assistant who took me back and asked what was wrong was so empathetic and kind while listening to everything I was dealing with. Alex Lyons is for sure the BEST NP I’ve ever had because she listened to everything that has been going on with me and didn’t try to brush off my concerns like I’ve experienced at other medical offices in the past. The lady who handled my labs was also wonderful. & The front desk and checkout ladies were both so nice. I feel good about coming back here again and again when I need it.

Doctor Robert Paige is great the front office sucks 2 people in the whole building but they couldn't get me in because I was sick. They lost me as a patient. Front office is way too woke. I do not recommend this place find somewhere else to go. You're better off going to urgent care.

This practice is a one stop shop. They have a pharmacy, in which the copays are less than most medical plans, and they accept insurance. Alexandria at the pharmacy is welcoming, thorough, knowledgeable and goes ABOVE and beyond for patients. Hey have ultrasound , X-ray, basic lab, etc. Krystal at the front office is responsive and always willing to help.Dr. Curtis and Dr Robert Page are extremely thorough, experienced, and very caring with their patients. They practice e traditional medicine but also support alternative therapies, a rare quality.They have great specialist contacts and have never referred myself or my mom to anyone but outstanding in their field. I have referred multiple friends to their practice and they all are thrilled with them both. Because they spend so much time with you they are often a little behind, however I guarantee they are worth the wait. I have only posted a handful of reviews, this practice deserves a 5 star review.

The staff who answers me over the phone are very rude, disrespectful and aggressive. Her name was Yvonne and she really need customer service training ASAP.

Since moving to Tempe from midtown Phoenix June 2022, I’ve been going to this location. Front desk personnel needs some help, but if you’re looking for a 5 star doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Kara Shieh. She is very knowledgeable and carries great conversation.

The wait times are horrendous. If you get past the 1.5 hour wait time with a min of 2 hours total time in the office, you might like them. Bring a pillow, blanket, movie and lunch. You are going to need it.

This doctor's office is incredibly frustrating. They send prescriptions that are either incorrect or missing vital information and act like it's you, the patient's fault. The front desk people are rude and entirely unhelpful, to an almost pathological degree. If you call to try to fix the issue, they will blatantly lie and say they'll clear it, but then wait hours and close for the day. If you have any issues 3 hours before they close, it will not be solved same day. It is also your responsibility as the patient to jump though hoops and play telephone in order to clear any issues. If you get tests done here, expect to wait months and months for the results even after asking several times. They just seem too busy to provide accurate patient care or help problem solve any issue that may occur.
