I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the employee Kalia/Khalea on Black Friday (not exactly sure how you spell her name, I asked another employee for her name after our encounter). I don’t think I’ve ever had such an unpleasant experience with a retail worker in my entire life. I understand that it’s Black Friday and all the employees are probably tired and want to leave, but I’ve worked MANY Black Fridays in retail and have never felt the need to be so rude to a customer. Fix your attitude if you’re going to be working in retail or find a different career!

When we arrived at the store 1.5 hours before close, lights were off, a sign was blocking the door, and 2 employees were at the register on their phones avoiding eye contact. Seems on par with the reviews of this place over the last two years. Don’t go to this location.

brunette girl behind the counter was wildly unhelpful and had one of the most entitled ugly attitudes when i had to return something i had ordered online saying i had to pay $7 to return it since it's an online order and id have to pay to have it shipped back if i did it myself. i purposely chose to drive 30 minutes return f****** ugly clearance jeans

Horrible service. Store closed in the middle of the day for manager to take a break. I was asked to come back in 30 minutes. I came back 50 minutes later and was told the same thing. I understand staffing issues but this store seems to be VERY poorly and unprofessionally run.

Went in at 6:30pm to do return/exchange for 2 graphics. Girl claimed she couldn't do anything because the items were marked down and had no receipt. At time of purchase I provided phone number, wasn't really upset at the fact I couldn't return it but she claimed she couldn't even give me store credit. This is a complete lie from working retail myself I know you can always provide store credit for amount that shows up in system. Pretty sure she was just being lazy and didn't want to do extra work because soon after exited and 2 other people left she closed the store. She closed the store at 6:39pm, it clearly states on store front they close at 7pm. From looking at previous reviews this obviously isn't something new for the location to do, clearly need to be trained better in customer service.

Just close this store already lol. You don’t stock it, there’s like 6 1/2 pairs of shoes and mix match of the last 8 seasons in the whole store. Feels and looks like a thrift store

I went in around lunch time (they're busiest time of the day I would think) and no one was in the store to greet me. The store was showed no sign of a human being for several minutes. Was greeted then by the store manager, who in my opinion is wearing MUCH too revealing and unprofessional wardrobe. Her breasts were falling out of her jumpsuit and it made me completely uncomfortable while having to talk to her. Second time went in for a return and they're system failed to work. I would pay cash if I were you.

I went in the store and I asked to try something on around 8:20 they said the fitting rooms were closed already. So I bought some shorts and went to Tilly's to try them on. I didn't end up liking them and so I went back to return them and the doors were locked at 8:40. It clearly states online that they close at 9. I tried opening the doors and the employees in the store just acted like they didn't hear me... I am completely distraught that these workers are so lazy that they close the store 20 minutes early and now I am unable to return my item.

Horrible customer service. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, I asked for a fitting room the guy seemed annoyed and after saying thank you just walked away. I payed and said thank you and the guy just threw my receipt in the bag and didn’t say a word. That specific employee needs to be trained on how to do his job better.

If I could give this location a negative number or a zero I would. Visited the location today with my teenage daughter and I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to another Pac Sun just so we don’t have to come back here again.4 employees working and not 1 could acknowledge us or offer to help us. We were in the store for at least 20 minutes and the entire time the employee were just standing behind the register chatting, laughing and cursing.When my daughter walked up and asked for a fitting room they all seemed annoyed to be bothered and still didn’t acknowledge her, just grabbed the keys and walked to the back of the store.I could continue but hopefully this will be enough to make you not want to step foot in this store.
