My Son is Autistic, and has super wide feet and it was so easy to find him shoes. What a blessing. It's so hard to get him to feel comfortable in public, but he just fell asleep and let us try shoes on him.Thanks again, that was super fast and great customer service.

Last year I went to the store when visiting Phoenix from Vancouver BC, Canada. The staff was very helpful and the selections are varied so I had choices of what I wanted. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and sandals and have been happy with my purchases. I will be back there next week when I'm in Phoenix again. They are pricey yet well worth the cost because of the quality of the shoes and the helpful staff.

LESS THAN 0 STARS. I wanted to go in to the store and buy for Christmas for my 93 year old dad a pair of wide Prophet slippers; I called 1st and spoke to Kim today 12/23/23- She checked their stock in his size and confirmed they had the size and color that would work. I then said to her that it is difficult for dad to get around, so I would have to take them for him to try on, and if they did not work, I would want a refund NOT a store credit or exchange. I told her that I see on their reviews that people are not able to get their money back. She confirmed that, NO REFUNDS, ONLY Store Credit or Exchanges. THIS TELLS ME THAT THERE MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG W/ THEIR MERCHANDISE. PERHAPS THEY ARE MADE IN A CHOP SHOP IN CHINA, AND THEY ARE NOT REALLY THE BRANDS THEY CLAIM, OTHERWISE, WHY ELSE WOULD THEY NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, ESPECIALLY IF IN LESS THAN 1-HOUR IF THE SLIPPERS DID NOT WORK FOR DAD, I WOULD BRING THEM BACK. UNREAL! How does a store like this stay in business? My suggestion, Stay Away - There are plenty of other places that stand behind their merchandise and would certainly give a refund if the purchase did not work.

They have a good selection of wide and extra wide shoes from casual to dressy for men and women. They are not discount, but it's good to have a place with some selection. My daughter found 2 pair that were very comfortable.

Very poor experience with this store. Before I visited I made sure to call and find out if somebody could take a good measurement of my feet, and if they had the equipment that would measure my arch and such the person that I spoke with on the phone said that they had end it ended up being the kind of slider thing that's available at any shoe store -it and I can't help thinking still that they knew that I was actually talking about one of the specialized orthotics machines, but wanted to get people in. I may be incorrect about that because I'm mad. anyway, I went way out of my way to get some shoes from this place because I have wider feet. Their hours are not convenient for me and my work schedule and I put a lot of effort into getting there. I feel while I was in the store I was a little budget shamed, but the lady did end up getting some thing for me out of the back. I tried them on after being measured by her and I did mention that they were cute and they were comfortable but I was concerned that they might be too big for me and my feet were as big as they were going to be, because I had walked there for at least an hour ,so , Add my request she Felt around my toe area and said that it seemed like a good fit so I bought them thinking like every other store if I had to return them within a month or so it should be fine. Well it's not. They have a no return policy If they've been worn at all and it's exchange only they do Not do refunds, so no, I absolutely would not recommend this store. I believe it's over priced and were dismissive and argumentative in their email replies. I ended up getting a couple pair at the mall from Dicks at Arizona mills -who has wide shoes,and Friendly people who knew Skechers shoes can run larger than other wide shoes and a 45 day return policy for shoes that are not torn up I know where I'll be returning and where I won't. Other Wides, for me was a complete waste of time, and a very big source of aggravation this week.

Every shoe I own has come from this store!! The selection is really good and if they don't have exactly what you need, there are catalogs to browse through. They always have a sale room to look through and I look forward to the sales. Get on their email list so you're always in the know!! The owner Kim is so nice and really knows feet. Give the store a try. It'll be your best discovery of the year.

Very limited on sizes. I took almost a hour to drive there n no sizes for me. Disappointing. I would call n ask if they have your size specifically before making the trip. I'm not even a hard size sometimes 9 sometimes larger depending on the shoe. I just need them wide.
