8 pm pulled in after picking up a friend from the airport. Engine light light on, car went into limp mode. Brian, the store manager, was phenomenal in helping me, checked batter, alternator, and the code. He replaced the battery there and hinted the code is leading to a bigger issue. The kindness, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. Thank you, Brian and O'Reilly, for valuing the "care" your clients need.

I just want to give a shoutout to Nick who did such an amazing job helping me today. I went to get my battery checked and replaced and he went so above and beyond to help me scope out my options and gave me a break down of how my car worked, what the battery did and the difference between my battery and an older one.Nick was so kind and informative and truly made my experience fantastic. I was nervous going to different auto stores and had just previously went to Auto Zone where they gave me the worst service. I would give a 10/10 if I could and want to thank Nick again for such a great and easy process for my replacement.

Maria was a great help after one of her lumpy disgruntled employees couldn't do her job. Ask for Maria or Gabriel. Don't ask for help from the fat chick with the long ponytail, she's dumber than two wet socks.

They said they ordered a fan for my jeep. It was actually an "order request". The part wasn't in stock and I wasn't informed. I waited a week for it. Only to show up with them not having it. Do what you say you are going to do, oreilly I'm very disappointed and no I don't want to wire on a 2 wire generic fan onto my 3 wire stock fan I'm not an electrician
