They are that type of people who contacted you when you don't need them and shower you with tons of mails and emails of generous offers, then when you need a loan for any reason they simply vanish.We applied for a loan, after giving all needed info in the web and extra info by phone to a manager named Jenn Bergen and upload documents, Jenn said that she see couple of offers in her screen for us, and we need to upload one more document (which we did) and they'll call us next day. no one calls of course.My question is:IF ONEMAIN ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO KEEP THEIR PROMISES AND SHOW RESPECT FOR THEIR BUSINESS AND CLIENTS, WHY THEY ARE KEEP CAUSING HEADACHE TO EVERYBODY WITH TONS OF REACH OUT MAILS AND EMAILS OF EMPTY OFFERS ?

April was awesome to work with. She was patient and also humorous which made room for rapport building. If she couldn't help me she stated she will weigh out all options. April you rock and it definitely was a pleasure working with you and your team who helped when you were busy. thanks again

When others seem to say, "sorry we can't help you", even your bank... One main has always figured out a way. And there are no pre payment penalties. Very glad I said F it... Opened up that "junk mail" and gave them a call. Thank you guys

Most definitely don’t bother applying for a loan this One main location in Tempe Arizona is the most unprofessional debt practices. I was treated poorly and told on phone because, I needed a loan to pay my daughter’s tuition and some home repairs. It was declined on the spot. Was told by Steven it was declined for that reason. Total discrimination, The manager is just as inconsiderate and incompetent this is twice I’ve attempted and was shocked at how I was treated. Don’t waist your time. Don’t apply here it’s not worth the horrible treatment. I’m appalled. I’m definitely filing a complaint to corporate also, Better Business Bureau as well. One Main Financial discriminative to me. Hoping this doesn’t happen to others. Don’t apply !!

In addition to never returning phone calls (left 3 messages with no return call), the manager (said her name was Roxy and that she was the manager) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Called for the fourth time (because never heard back the other times) to ask some general questions, and there must have been some sort of lag in the phone connection. Before this was discovered (and at several points during the conversation), she made several rude comments such as, "If you would let me talk, I could explain" and "You keep interrupting me while I'm trying to explain." It actually felt like she was interrupting me (I couldn't ask a single question or get a single word in without being told I was interrupting, despite the fact that I was trying to speak when she was done), but I bit my tongue and said nothing. We finally realized that there was a lag in the phone connection causing the issue. (Even if I had been "interrupting," what she said and how she kept saying it was something I have NEVER heard from another company rep.) Not only did she not apologize when we realized the lag, she doubled down on her condescension and rudeness, acting as though I was too stupid to understand something else she was explaining. It's probably the worst customer service I've experienced in my lifetime - so bad it was almost comical (if it would have been funny). Hung up and found a better company and offer within the hour. I rarely write reviews (and stick to good ones at that), but this experience was a joke. Time is precious; people don't have time to do with this nonsense and unprofessionalism. Wish it had been recorded - would have been Inside Edition or news fodder for sure.

during the securement of my loan, I was told that I signed up for various option plans, I cud cancel those plans during the first 30 days of my loan. Ok, fine, I signed up & a few days later, as I begin to read & understand what it takes to open & use those plans for my benefit, I decide to cancel the plans. Little did I know that this wud involve a new set of phone numbers, new customer service rep, new phone waiting periods to the extent my phone wud go battery wud go dead waiting for service rep to speak with me. still have not been notified of options cancellation although I did make it to one rep, but cud not understand everything he said...so no, I do not have a happy ending to this story.....thank u

Do not call a waste of your time. Crickets from this company. Crickets a waste of your time even with an expedition really high credit score stay away from this company. All of it is a scam for consumers. And I dare one of you to say something to me to say anything to me you ALL should be out of business(.)Updated: After their insensitive nonchalantAI like very robotic response like I have advised you ALL, don’t waste your time do not call do not use. This means expeditiously place them on your do not call list(.)

When you hire staff, make sure they are trained to not discourage you from applying and quickly trying to reject qualified customers. One of your staffers told me “If you don’t like the questions I’m asking I can simply cancel your application” after me asking “why are you asking these questions?”. That level of hostility and immaturity off the bat is sad and shows that you can’t just hire people because they are white. This is why we need diversity in the workplace. How about help the customer understand the process before trying to immediately resort to rejecting an application.
