worst customer service ever. The attitude the cashier gave me and my mom was worst than my 6th grade math teacher. I hope his pillows are warm on both slides when he goes to sleep.?

Extremely confusing guidelines for the BOGO deal. Almost felt like a scam. The Nike BOGO deal does not make sense as most mens shoes are over the limit for the half off deal. The employees did not help out in any manner. I sat around the store for over 2 hours looking for the deal and a reasonable one, just to have it be rejected at the cashier. I had to go back around the store around 8 times just to make the BOGO deal work. Do not go here, just go to a clearance nike store, this is probably the same price and less of a hassle.

Very rude customer service, disappointing. Especially the assistant manager liliana carbajal diaz today made me panic attack. Everyone has witnessed it, other customers, tourists that came with me, and the other staff that couldn’t say anything because were afraid of assistant manager-liliana.I came to the cashier and Liliana was lying about the price of the product. And was extremely disrespectful. Liliana said to me not gonna sell to me 6 pairs of shoes that I have chosen because she dAnd he doesn’t want to sell it.I said I wanna talk to the manager, he said rudely that he is the manager and nothing will happen to him.I wish I have called a police and ambulance because he made me panic attack and threatened my pregnancy.I hope such people will not work in your store and looking for a your answer to my request

Does not have good service or sales. But has a good selection of shoes. Over all it was ok.

10/10 experience here! My husband can NEVER find shoes that he likes (and in his size) and Broadway Shoe had an incredible selection. So incredible he found not one, BUT SIX pairs of shoes he loved!!! Not only were the shoes great, the customer experience here was TOP NOTCH! They went above and beyond what is usually expected at a shoe store. The workers were always checking on your to make sure you didn’t need help and the store was well staffed! While they can’t provide you a different shoe size in store than what’s on the shelf, they can order it for you! Overall, Sheldon, the manager(?), is definitely doing something right with this location - Great job Broadway Shoe! We will be back!

The bogo isn't real they will tell you at the register name brands don't qualify, yet they have signs over every shoe saying it qualifies.

I feel the prices are great with the bogo 50% off. The workers who did engage with us were kind. The store was cleaned and organized. The only thing is that the selection is hit and miss for the sizes you might be looking for. That being said, it worth checking out.
