I opened an account here over a year ago I ended up trying to close the account after only having it opened a month. Everyday with this bank there was always some kind of issue. When I went to close the bank they wanted to hold back $50 because they wanted funds in the account “in case I had any checks or debit transactions come through. Most banks would return to anyone trying to cash check or whatever a closed account. It would not be in them it would be on the person who owned the account and then closed it before everything went through. I have never had a bank do the things this bank does. It would explain why there is hardly anyone ever at this bank. If you think you want to do. Business with this bank you should decide NO a resounding NO. I went in the bank to close the account and get the money they held in the account (on my lunch hour, which they used all my time up with no results) it has been well over a year since I opened and closed the account. I could not get my money and close the account the lady that was helping me could not do it and she called technical support and they still could not manage to give me my money and close this account for good. This bank should not be allowed to operate and it’s a mystery to me how they are able to stay open, actually not they won’t give your money back and I guess that’s what keeps them going.???????☠️?☠️?

First time to go to this National bank very poor customer service had a very simple transaction and still couldn't complete plus sent canister in the wrong one. Plus only 2 customers and 2 tellers. Don't recommend. National on 27th much better ?
