Store will not answer the phone.....bought a 3-year battery from them and battery died on me in Yuma, AZ. Went to Napa here in Yuma and they can't exchange the battery due to franchise vs corporate policy without the right information and this location will not answer the phone. Both myself, friend and location all called this Tempe location from 3:45pm-5pm and no answer. Just cost me $160.Uodate- Team Refunded me and explained to me the proper procedure another location should of followed. Thanks, so much guys!

NAPA is my preferred Auto parts Store because they have the parts for my Chevy vehicles all the time. It's a little more expensive than others but they carry the correct parts.

I looked the part up on the Napa website, visited the store to buy the item, showed the part number to the Napa employee and he insisted on another part. “This one will work”. News flash. Doesn’t work.I should have known as another customer came in while I was there returning “the wrong part” he was told “this one will work”. Didn’t.

Place an order Sunday, got an immediate phone call from the store that my order would not be ready that day, which was fine since that is what the website said. But then no follow-up that the order came in and was ready for pickup despite the email confirmation stating there would be follow-up to let me know it was ready for pickup. So this morning I check to see if it is ready and I head to the store. I walk in at about 7:45 am, an employee was at the counter on the computer (not the phone) and didn't bother to acknowledge my existence for about 2 minutes. Then he picks his head up and his only words were "yeah". I explain I'm here to pick up an order, he just barks NAME at me then walks to the back and comes back with hit and bags the order and says nothing else. I felt very unwelcomed and that somehow I was some sort of nuisance.

They had the absolute best deal on a battery for my SUV, by far! They were also the only local auto parts store that offered a promo code discount that could be applied to batteries as well; and the next day delivery was fast and free-when I brought the core back from my old battery, the delivery guy saw me and offered to have taken it back with him for me. I will absolutely shop here again :-)

Went in to buy a car battery gave the person at the front counter year make model and engine. That was not enough he needed group number of the old battery itself I did not know it and his attitude felt belittling and very unprofessional. The only reason I bought a battery there is becuase my truck would not start. I will never buy anything from that store in the future. It felt as if he went out if his way not to sell me what I needed.
