“• Took around 30 mins to open a new checking account
• The staff was helpful and the staff member happily answered all of my questions
• Gave the debit card within 30 mins so if you are an international student, it will be a plus point (some banks take a week)
Review about the Bank in general:
• Getting an appointment: There's some issue on their website I believe or they have specifically made it to create hype. Even if there's availability and the staff member are available, you cannot take an appointment. And there's the issue of rescheduling the appointment.
• The bank app is not that great but the staff is pretty helpful in case you need anything to be done”
“Our local branch of MidFirst offers higher interest rates on savings, friendly service, is open until later (6 PM weekdays), and is located in a well-designed building with a beautiful lobby.”

“We’ve been with newrez for 2.5 years now. We haven’t had any issues really. Overall pleased. Our taxes have gone up, which no one enjoys, but that’s not the lenders fault.
I’ve had an easy time reaching customer service. Usually always quick to resolve things. Some people don’t seem to thrilled to be there, but they always help me resolve whatever issue. There have been plenty pleasant customer service reps too. Overall, pleased with their services”
