Zero as far as space to maneuver your truck.. must back in blind, unsafe in itself, but nowhere to turn around, have to do a tight back around at intersection, then back down a block.. and if they give you that first door, have to blind squiggle around dumpster, shed, and parts? in way... and can't hardly understand them, and I'm usually pretty good with accents... Zero all around
