Place is an absolute joke you will be here no less than 15 hours
Playing games giving them the paperwork and I've been waiting 2 hours just to give them the scale out ticket so they can start the paperwork

Any day this black shot guy work at bay 1 or 2 he take 2 hours to unload the tank he is always on his phone , i hope they can address and monitor the unload technician, cos why this white tall guy always unload in 45 to 1 hour any day any time. That white guy deserves a raise.

If you're here to pick up liquid bulk, prepare to just stay here all day or overnight. Don't worry about appt times; it's a first come, first serve basis. It takes about 8hrs of waiting just to finally dock, then another 5-6hrs just for paperwork and milk samples. If this your first time here, don't forget your empty weight at their second facility, which is down the street on the corner of Hardy and Alameda Dr. Don't start your clock if you can't help it but it'll probably roll over by the time you're free of this place anyway. This place is just a black hole with zero concern for drivers and their time.

When you have to wait 12+ hours to get unloaded isn't good with milk. The recievers will not communicate with drivers. The night and day shift tells you not to call they will call you. They need to get the recievers fixed and not make the road drivers wait.

Workers are very nice. Unloading milk tankers takes a while. Longest wait was 6 hrs shortest I've had was 3 hrs.
