• Took around 30 mins to open a new checking account
• The staff was helpful and the staff member happily answered all of my questions
• Gave the debit card within 30 mins so if you are an international student, it will be a plus point (some banks take a week)
Review about the Bank in general:
• Getting an appointment: There's some issue on their website I believe or they have specifically made it to create hype. Even if there's availability and the staff member are available, you cannot take an appointment. And there's the issue of rescheduling the appointment.
• The bank app is not that great but the staff is pretty helpful in case you need anything to be done

This MIdFirst location is so pretty and comfortable! They also have free customer parking. The staff quickly helped us when we came in for a banking service.

I started banking with MidFirst around 7 years ago. At that time they were a fantastic bank. However the last 18 months with this bank has been an absolute disaster. Anything that they could possibly fumble, screw up, delay, or mix up has seriously happened. Unfortunately at this point there is no other option but to cancel ALL of my banking accounts which is an absolute nightmare. But, there are much more customer friendly, customer focused banks that can handle simple banking requests, answer simple questions about my accounts or just be available for transactions. Take my warning and look elsewhere, especially if you are looking for a bank to run your businesses finances through. THIS IS NOT IT! DO NOT BANK HERE!

These low reviews are inaccurate. I’ve banked with 5+ banks in the US for personal and business plus banked in foreign countries. The service I get from midfirst is second to none with an emphasis on the customer service team specifically at this branch.

This place is all about GREED and is a terrible banking center. They only value the customers that continuously accept their offers for more accounts and credit cards. Not the place to do regular banking!! I’m a student and I don’t need your credit cards!!

Absolutely dreadful experience with this bank. I cannot stress enough how imperative it is to steer clear of their services. Their customer service is shockingly rude, blatantly disregarding basic decency.My ordeal began when I failed to receive a promised bonus, only to be met with a barrage of blame-shifting tactics from the bank. A banker assured me of my eligibility, but I was ultimately left high and dry with no compensation. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to close my account, they threatened me with a ludicrous ban spanning seven years, effectively exiling me from their services for life.Furthermore, their appointment system is an exercise in frustration. Despite the bank appearing nearly empty, securing an appointment is arduous, with no same-day slots available. It's bewildering to witness such inefficiency, especially when those with appointments are given priority over walk-ins, regardless of their wait time. Clearly, the bank is either woefully understaffed or plagued by an inexcusable lack of initiative, leaving customers stranded in limbo for upwards of 30-40 minutes.Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs. With their abysmal treatment of customers and a system prioritizing bureaucracy over basic assistance, it's evident that this bank is more concerned with deterrence than service.

Worst experience i have had so far in any bank in asu. Was late for my appointment and asked me to wait for 40 min and than the other guy without any appointment was assisted and i was asked to reschedule , like how does that even work.Worst banking experience.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We opened a checking account in Feb 2021. I've been contacting Jake Sugges since then and now Jonathan Hefflinger. It is now November 11, 2022. I still don't have electronic access to our account and both Jake and Jonathan have continued to ignore me. Run far away from this place! We will be closing our account and taking our business to a bank that values its customers.

Throughout my time at this bank I can tell you staff is very cordial and willing to answer questions. During my last interaction the staff member Kianna was especially helpful and patient with my financial needs. There is a strong commitment to customer service.
