I came to this Metro on March 29th 2024. I was helped by Gabieral & a young woman who did not have on a name tag. But these 2 were very friendly & helpful. I've been with Metro for 3 maybe 4 years now & I came in to add our wifi for our home. I paid $30 out the door & these 2 great employees helped me set up the wifi before leaving the store. I've had my home wifi now for 4 days & I'm beyond happy with it. Unlimited data, very fast speed & it holds up to 12 devices. Although I only have it set up to 3 myself. I love Metro! This store location & these 2 employees.

Went into the store yesterday 3/22/24 to switch to Metro and get 4 new phones. Tanessa was super excited to help us, now I know that it was just to make a sale. She said it would be around $900 for 2 free phones and 2 $50 phones with the $100 a month family plan. That didn't make any sense to me but we want ahead and switched over. Our total was over $700. After we left the store I checked my receipt and saw that she charged us for 2 phone cases that we didn't even get, 2 screen protectors that she promised were "free" and 2 charging adapters that she just threw in the bag before we left. Not to mention she didn't even put us on the $100 family plan and she enrolled every phone into insurance without asking if we wanted it. I had to call customer service myself after we left the store to get on the family plan. Extremely unethical store and employees, stay away!

I've been a loyal customer of Metro since I was 16, I was very disappointed about the Bluetooth speaker I purchased 2 days ago for around $50. I tried returning this and apparently they have a gay return policy. Ain't coming back here for sure

Went in with a complicated problem. Willy and Jerell stepped up when two other stores didn't want to take the time. I'm more than satisfied with the resolution. These two went above and beyond with their customer service and they definitely have a customer for life. Will drive out of my way to return to any store Willy owns. And he is teaching Jerell how to fill his shoes. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS!

This is an awesome store. The owner's name is will . huge man you can't miss him. And I suggest that you go in there and be respectful and polite and he will fix if he can any and all issues you may have anyways. I went in there with a bad attitude. Screaming the yelling about a phone i had perchased after he had calmed me down and listened to my complaint not only did he replaced my phone but hr replaced it with a bettef and more expensive phone he handled the situation with patirnce and tolerence and adreesed my concerns and i walked out of there a happy man he is an entrepreneur thats going places so if your looking for a good phone from a very reputable business you go see will or any member of his staff at his scottsdale location and i promise you that you will be glad uou did and leave there one happy customer any member of his staff will take awesome care of you because that's how will trained them to do good business and take awesome care of his customers so if your looking for business that is totally chill go see will go see will go see will so once again if you want to buy a phone just listen to my tone. go see will go see will go see willĺlllll

I bought a terrible phone, tcl brand, because they had limited options. They refused to refund the phone the same day after it crashed on me twice. Terrible business.
