Don't waste your money here unless you are willing to get ripped off on the price, don't need your funiture anytime soon or don't need all the pieces. This whole experience from start was terrible. We purchased a 5 piece bedroom set, which initially came in 4 but we asked for an extra night stand. The salesman tried to tell us if we wanted a extra nightstand that it would be over $100 extra when the price tag clearly said $89. We still purchased the 5 piece set and were told it would take 3-4weeks for delivery. We made our purchase in full no payment plan on January 27th, it is now March 15th and we are just now getting delivery. We had to pretty much stalk them to even get updates on the delivery process and not one time did they call us with any updates. So back to delivery, they come and do not have our second nightstand that we ordered. The guys call the warehouse lady Veronica and they proceed to speak in Spanish not knowing I understand everything they said! Veronica in spanish pretty much told the guy that of we can't find our receipt showing we ordered 2 nightstands then we are just getting the one. We show them proof that our receipt shows 2 nightstands and she proceeds to blame the store stating they gave the wrong info. Well how is it incorrect if we have the paper stating 2 nightstands and thats supposedly what you went off correct? And was so big and bold to say "well if they don't have the paper they get 1" but now it's not her fault. So now we have to wait another 2months for a nightstand smh just a whole mess and terrible customer service. I'll never go back here again.

I ordered an ottoman to go with a couch purchased from Mega furniture. Along with the purchase of the ottoman we purchased furniture for our backyard. Due to living in Maricopa deliveries are made every Thursday. So we were called in February and told our delivery would be scheduled for drop off 2/26/24. The day of delivery we received the patio furniture and not the ottoman. The delivery driver handed me the phone and on the phone call the customer service person asked were we satisfied with our delivery. I informed the ottoman was missing. We were told they are custom making the ottoman. Not one time did any tell us it wasn’t coming. 3 weeks later we called and was told there is a back order and it’s still being made. Called yesterday and asked to speak to a manger. The manager at the Tempe location informed if we no longer want it, they will charge us a restocking fee. I told him how is this on us and it’s still being built. Then he told us we will be charged another delivery fee, again I asked how is this on us when Mega messed up. This is the second time we were promised something from them that they never fulfilled. Also I let the manager know I was being charged by synchrony to pay the loan. The manager said Synchrony doesn’t charged unless it’s delivered. Called Synchrony today and they say otherwise. The unprofessionalism and empty promises and additional charges are not worth walking into this store. This is a buyer beware post.

My furniture buying experience was terrible. I bought a recliner love seat and a bedroom set. The box springs for the bed that was delivered was not the one I was shown at the store. The box springs made the bed so high I had to use a stepping stool to get in bed. I’m in my 70’s so this was a safety issue. When I called the store to ask that they give me the one I had been shown when I purchased the bed they charged me another $180 for a return fee and new delivery fee. I will also add that they were rude and totally not interested in correcting their error.

Rosie delivered above and beyond our expectations. From the time we walked in there was never any pressure to buy, she was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. My husband and I do not enjoy furniture shopping, like many, but Rosie made our experience one of a kind! Thank you so much!

I would advise you to steer far away from this place! We ordered furniture on February 10th with an ETA of 2-4 weeks. Called to check status on 4 different occasions and was told 4 different delivery dates. Last time I called it was to be in the warehouse on Sunday March 17th, which would take us to 5 weeks. Never receive a call yesterday so I called today and was told it wouldn’t be in until this Saturday, March 23rd. That takes it to 6 weeks IF it’s actually delivered the following Thursday. Maricopa is only delivered on Thursdays. We ordered from here because it would have been delivered before our out of town guests arrived. Our guests left Saturday.

The woman at this location was so rude, we walked in and she asked what we were looking for. We told her shelf type furniture, she said “Oh we don’t have any of that here.” So we said we were going to look around anyways as we also are in need of barstools and a mattress. We’re shopping around, and she comes up to us again and at first in Spanish, tells us the furniture place next store probably has what we’re looking for. We asked her to repeat it, then just said we had been over there already. After that she walked over to the other employees and was talking about us, making us feel very unwelcome.
