Should you need a communication device for a family member that is unable to vocalize there needs/wants, DO NOT seek to purchase this device from these folks. MedOne sources these device needs from a 3rd party company named "Lincare" in which severely administratively lock down these devices from being able to customize the device to your loved ones care. As a result, I ended up having to purchase another device for my son. As I was looking into the matter & reconciling some of the medical expenses from 2023, I noticed MedOne charged my insurance 19K for the iPad. Blue cross only paid 8.5K, however the device still can not be used. I believe MedOne's is taking advantage of those with insurance & is simply submitting bills for as much as they can get for a device that's not worth more than 2K.

We are so fortunate to have MedOne in network with our insurance. My experience with MedOne has been so much better than the prior DME company we were with (Preferred Homecare). MedOne actually picks up the phone! Their customer service is friendly and actually knows how things work. When there's an issue with the insurance or the physician, MedOne actually calls me to let me know and to explain how to solve the issue, instead of making me call them to check in. It is such a relief after the poor service I had gotten used to at other DME companies. I highly recommend them!

We got an AAC device and had no problems with that. But trying to get training on it was a nightmare. The SLP blew us off several times and we never got trained on it from them.

Highly recommend very professional Omar came out and was great. Explains everything in detail goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly.

I received my new Hoyer lift through "Medone". And it is too small for me and has a mechanical and or engineering flaws because when someone is lifted in the Hoyer lift, and you try and rotate or spin them, the lift hits itself and you have to brace the lift with your back push the hanging patient away from you while preventing the lift from rolling forward in order to be able to spin/ turn them, without the lift hitting itself, and stopping the rotation. (I believe the arm is too short or bent to aggressively) I have been going back-and-forth for months since I received it and today was notified that the owner "Brian" said they will not replace it.

We dealt with MedOne for a powered wheelchair for my mom. A great staff from customer service reps to the techs that visited. We would like to thank everyone at MedOne for taking the time to help us, especially John and Omar. Excellent service. Excellent product. My mom got everything as promised.

Please stay away from this company...they say they have values and concerns,i am a below the knee amputee i bought the QUICKI QXI wheelchair from them,they came out at least 3x to adjust it..I HAVE FALLEN OUT OF THIS CHAIR 4X 1 TIME VERY SERIOUS I CRACKED MY SKULL OPEN..they will not replace the chair and when delivered it was the wrong color..i basically got a "oh well" from them....so PLEASE go anywhere but here to purchase a wheelchair..Walmart,walgreens
Has got to be better than this company..
The girls on the phones are extremely RUDE as well, if they don't want to hear your problems....they just transfer you to another employee,so I'm warning you BUYER BE WHERE

My son is a para/quad and has had issues with low air flow mattresses that hurt his back. Brian Murphy went so far above and beyond to get this resolved. He got a mattress similar to what my son was using in rehab, he was in constant communication with the woundcare Dr office and MercyCare Prior Auth dept. He had to jump through many hoops but the mattress was delivered and it works perfectly for my son. Cannot say enough good things about him and Med One!!!

Med one is so awesome. Their whole staff is caring and very empathetic. Recently they have helped my husband get his new wheelchair, without their help he wouldn't have gotten it at all, Med one went above and beyond to reach out and help him. I would recommend Med one to anyone who wants to feel special and know a company really cares. Most medical places are all business and about the money, but Med one is genuine and their whole staff is very nice too! Brian Murphy you're awesome!!! Oh one more thing, I was just reading all th reviews for Med one, I can not believe the people writing these reviews are talking about the same company as I am. I've never had better service ANYWHERE. I've been in the medical field for 35 years, and I've had some frustrations, I can say honestly that I wish Med one took orders for wound care supplies because The company I'm currently stuck with is awful( preferred care) and again I'd like to reiterate, MedOne is awesome, I don't care how they were or should doesnt like them, I only know I've had nothing but positive professional courteous helpful great people work with me on all my medical issues. There's always negative people that are never happy anywhere, no matter what. If you want to be treated right with respect and dignity, and everything I've stated on this review, GO TO MED ONE! You'll be happy that you did!
