The clinic got our cat in on short notice as a new patient after we discovered an infected wound. Dr. Lee and the nurses were very friendly, listened to our concerns and went slow with our grouchy boy. I love that they have separate dog/cat lobbies and rooms and that they took our financial concerns into account. We will definitely be making them our primary clinic for both our cats going forward.

I was recommended to this clinic by a friend. My cat had difficulty urinating. I was very impressed with the care I received. Emily, Valeria and Dr. Grove were kind, professional and handled my kitty with care and compassion. I'm very protective of my cats and I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for the care you provided my Dutchess.

McClintock Animal Care Center has provided our pups care since 2016. Their care is exceptional. In 2021, we had an addition to our family, a Frenchie who requires extra special care. Everyone on staff is friendly and knows our pups, and each staff member treats me and them with care.
Special shout out to Dr. Nelson, Emma, Aly, and Valeria, and Cait for today’s supportive visit.

Thank you to Dr Dunaisky and Nurse Jorae for their kindness and compassion for our kitty who unexpectedly had a terminal illness. This was our first visit after 2 months of (unnecessary and costly) treatments at another vet. We are forever grateful for the compassion they showed - They truly care for animals. You will feel this the moment you arrive. I have several other pets and this care center will be our new vet for sure. I wish I could give it 10 stars

We have so much gratitude for the Vets and all staff here for the great care they have given our three dogs over the years. They are super kind and quickly can schedule appointments, the follow up is spectacular and will work to promptly answer any questions you have. We have trust in all doctors here but a special thanks to Dr. Stone for his honesty and compassion with our girl and myself when the tough conversation had to be had; you are all very appreciated for what you do.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Nelson, Shelby, Tammie & the awesome team here at our first visit to this facility! Everyone was so kind, gentle with our pup, and went above & beyond to help us feel relaxed, too! They had so many little lovely details to welcome us - from the welcome sign to the cute way they wrote Cooper’s name on his medicine bag… all the wonderful details made such a great impression! Dr. Nelson’s kind demeanor eased our pup’s anxiety (other vets have not taken such care to this!) and provided us with several options to help treat our pup’s issue - all were explained clearly with no pressure to go one way over another. After searching for years, we can confidently say we found our home vet! Thanks, McClintock team, for taking such good care of Coopie!!

From the moment we booked an appt to walking into the care center everyone has been so kind! Nurse Kensley and Doctor Lee were who we saw today and they were amazing with my dog, listened to every concern I had and explained everything so thoroughly. The prices are very standard and competitive with other vets I've been to, so no sticker shock at the total, which is always a plus. I highly recommend bringing your pets here, you won't be disappointed.

(For those of you that don’t want to read my long story just BE CARFUL when you bring your pets here, always accompany them and don’t leave their side! This clinic will also push for unnecessary test and medication‘s that will cost thousands of dollars. Just because this place has really good reviews, does not mean you should let your guard down, Even veterinarians can have bad intentions.)I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Without a doubt they took advantage of me because I’m young and was a first time dog mom so I didn’t know what to expect When it came to my dogs healthcare. My golden retriever was being seen my Dr.Stone around summer of 2023. When I got my puppy he had fleas and ticks, they were able to get him in the same day I discovered the fleas/ticks. Everything was fine the first appointment I had with them. The next appointment was scheduled when Dr.Stone called me to schedule an appointment to bring in my dog to get him tested for parvo. Given that I didn’t know the history of my puppy because I got him on Craigslist, I accepted to make sure he was healthy. Once we got the test results, he came up negative but my dog was still not allowed into the facility (he wasn’t allowed inside the facility the first appointment because he had ticks/fleas so the appointment was curbside but he no longer had them at this point) “just in case” it was a false negative with the parvo test. Which apparently can happen so the test isn’t 100%. I think I paid around 200 maybe 300 just for a test that might not be fully accurate!!! So what’s the point? ALSO he didn’t mention that the test isn't 100% accurate Until I had already paid and the test was already done .Anyways, They wanted to treat him as if he did have parvo and wanted to give him all these meds and shots that cost around $1000 and more! One of the assistants even told me I should give my dog up if I can’t pay for what he needs. The only thing I agreed to get him was fluid therapy because my dog seemed unhealthy/ dehydrated/ malnourished (he was because the previous owners didn’t care for him). Since he wasn’t allowed inside (“just in case” he did have parvo even when the test showed negative) they took him into the laundry room where I couldn’t accompany him when they did the fluid therapy because only staff was allowed back there. That same night my dog pooped blood for 3 days straight which he never had before. I don’t know what they did to him in that room. When I told Dr.stone, he was convinced that he in fact did have parvo (even if the test came out negative) and wanted to send me home with thousands of dollars worth of medicine and DR. STONE TOLD ME that if I didn’t get him started on them that same day then my dog would die in the next few weeks. HE TOLD ME MY DOG WOULD DIE!!!I went to a different veterinary clinic the next day to get a different opinion and when they checked on my dog they said he was the healthiest puppy ever just a bit malnourished and had worms but they gave my dog meds which was about $30 and now my dog is 1 years-old, happy, energetic, and healthy. So, to everyone at McClintock animal care center especially you Dr.Stone, I hope you read this. Truly thank you for absolutely nothing and scaring me, making me cry thinking my dog would die. Again idk if you took advantage of me because I was young and you just wanted to drain me of my money but DO BETTER. I don’t care for the money but you take care of animals that obviously can’t communicate with us so idk if you harmed him in anyway but I know you tried to make him sicker then what he really was.

They have been so incredibly helpful and caring here. I had been taking my Squid here since his initial diagnosis of FIP. They cared for him all the way up until his passing. Once he was gone, they sent the sweetest card. Additionally, they care for my other cats as well and always do such an incredible job of keeping up but also keeping in contact. Everyone in the front to all of the nurses and doctors care so much and put so much effort into this. I am so happy I have continued to use them as my pet’s primary care.

The first visit was very thorough. The staff is so nice too! I especially loved the time Dr Duplissis took with me to explain everything and answer any questions I had. It has taken me 4+ years to find a vet in the area that I like and trust. I will drive 30+ min. to come here. Highly recommend.
