If i could give 0 or minus stars I would. This Goodwill is in my neighborhood. I have been a part of this community and neighborhood for more then 40 years. I went to elementary school at Fuller School when they first opened. I went to Fees junior high when they first opened. I went to Marcus de Niza where I graduated High School.
Every time I go in to this Goodwill while this laddie is working I am treated like i am some kind of scumbag. This lady has accused me of steeling on numerous occasions. Today she would not let me return an item that i had a receipt for and paid cash for. She told me to get out of the store and not come back.
I am a United States Army vet where I served my country honorably in the Infantry. I have an Associates degree from Mesa Community College, a Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University and a Master Degree from Arizona State University. '
I dont know why she treats me like this. She is either prejudiced against me for the color of my skin or discriminating against me for some other reason. She is a Manager there. Terrible. If she treats me like this I cant imagine how she treats her other customers.
I would not recommend this establishment for anyone.

Seriously? Shopping and you must ask for someone to unlock bathrooms? They refuse to share the code while shopping!

Disappointed in the experience I encountered with multiple staff members. While I do enjoy a great Good Will trip, it seemed as no one had the answers to any basic questions. First, I asked if fitting rooms were available to try on the clothing. I got a very short response of, "no we don't have those " and the associate walked away, giving no other suggestions. I brushed it off. I then find another employee as I still had a follow up question, and asked him if we're allowed to try on clothes in the restroom. He didn't have the immediate answer, which is fine because he was helping someone before me. He lets me know he would find out since he wasn't entirely sure. He goes and find the same girl whom I asked the first question, and she responded her answer to him, which I didn't hear. He goes, "yea what she said." I asked, what did she say, and he says no we can't allow that. I say I understand, and asked does he know the return policy so I could decide how I would proceed with purchase just in case the clothes didn't fit. He told me he was new and really doesn't know the answer, which again, is fine. I work in customer service and know those in training may not have the knowledge yet. I then get to checkout, and before I make the purchase, I ask the checkout associate what the return policy is, so that I don't purchase clothes I can't fit, and possibly not get the money back. He assures me that within 7 days, you can return then items for full refund back on your card or for in store credit. I asked for clarification, because I know how this goes, "you said EITHER back on my card OR in store credit within 7 days right?" He says yes. I specifically tell him I will not purchase these items if I can't get the money back on my card, and he says "no, you'll be good." Fast forward to the very next day to return the pants items because of course, they don't fit, and I'm given store credit. When I explain to the associates what literally just occured and what I was told, I'm told "oh we don't do anything like that here." I let them know had I been told this in the first place, I wouldn't have purchased the items, which is why I specifically asked multiple times the night before. If there is no one working the night shift that knows the store policies, there needs to be a manager present who does in order to prevent these sort of inconveniences. Very annoyed when I made sure I took the steps to cover my bases to be told basically "whoops sorry."

This is the worst Goodwill I have ever visited. It was dirty, so filthy and disgusting. The clothes were just shoved and crammed together. When I looked through the clothing ( no matter what section) they also were filthy and disgusting. They had stains on them, rips, and the pants had more holes than material. All the clothing looked like it had been worn for a week and then hung up without being washed. I looked thru the womens , mens, & childrens areas. All were as I described above. I left there feeling like I needed to take a shower. I have never been to a Goodwill worse than this. Disgusting.
Also, all the clothing were mainly Shein, Forever 21 etc...
They need to ship some better quality clothing from their main center to this store. Maybe clean the floors, and go thru the inventory there and throw out 3/4 of it.
PEOPLE! TRUST ME! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS GOODWILL.....

Apparently they don't help you unload your car anymore. They just roll a bin to you and walk away. That's if you cen even get someone to notice you at the bay. They're too busy complaining to each other to notice people waiting. I've dropped off things several times this week and had the same sad experience every time. If they're not going to help unload the car, I'll just go to a charity nearer and dearer to my heart.

It's a nice goodwill but resellers are ravishing and scouting the items like crazy. Really un friendly and they acted like their life depended on it... Well I gues that their like really depends on it.

This has never happened at any other Goodwill but the lady checking me out scoffed at one of my items, asking what it was. I explained its purpose and she laughed again and just shook her head, so condescending. I wouldn’t wanna go back to this specific location just because of this interaction, but I did find some good things ??♀️

Goodwill is one of my favorite, go in there to browse you really don't know what you'll find. Even if you don't need it...but you just have to have it.

Prices are marked up higher then other local goodwills. Store is clean and free of that awful smell that goodwills usually have.
