This place never opens up on time and it says they open at 9am. There are times i come at 12pm and they are still closed. Don’t bother calling it goes straight to a machine even when they are open.

Business hours say 9am-5:30pm on a Tuesday and here I am at 10am with the cage locked, lights off, while I expecting a very important package. Not the 1st time this has happened.

Wow 3.1 on reviewe before I leave this negative what's that's tell you about obvious numerous unhappy customers. I was a previous mail box renter here, came in today to rent a mailbox. $13 monthly for small ok, little admin fee maybe fee months in advance payment all expected and fine....they now require 6 months prepaid , it used to be 3. $40-$50 bucks get your customers in the door but $80 in much more than the short term need I have when others options for receiving mail isn't hard. That's a huge difference and we'll having your young kids run the business teach that lesson watching a paying customer walk right out the door.

I have been using their service for a week they helped print shipping labels, packaging and taping for you. Shipped from small to very large packages. All packages has been handled very excellent and delivered to family/ customer they all received their stuff I'm very happy with the services.

the flat rate medium box the post office charged me 17.50 for is 26- at this gouging place. i understand a few extra bucks but thats insane!

Great, convenient neighborhood business. I regularly have packages shipped here, and they have a good selection of packing materials and office supplies. Super friendly staff, and also a great place to rent a mailbox.

Years ago t his mail drop was previously owned/managed by adults. It is now run by kids, literally kids behind the counter. If you're vigilant, you'll also notice that the young girl behind the counter has a frequent hoodie'd-up BF who lurks behind the service counter facing away from customers in a chair - It really lends a scary karma to the place when customers see this; who knows, maybe he's armed or has a weapon, and he doesn't belong in the store lurking around. If you show up at opening time as posted on the door, you'll find it closed often - they simply can't show up on time to open the place, of all things. This happens after I drive 8 miles to get my mail from their paid box. And to top it off; they'll close the doors and not be open on official U.S. mail dates if it falls on a holiday weekend. Yuppers; no Xmas presents for your kids on Xmas Eve; they simply don't care and close up. STAY FAR AWAY.
