Got new machine 2 weeks ago.
It is very quiet, BUT the screen is terrible. Almost impossible to read plus no usefull information. Old machine gave a report every morning that was always the first thing I looked at. I wanted to know my over night score. It is possible things could get better in a month or two. If it does I will post more feedback.

Getting the equipment and training was very good, however, it did take more time to get the equipment then I would have expected.
Now the real problem, I had equipment failure in May 2023. The motor quit working after only one month. I called the Phoenix office twice and they said they would call back, but never did!! In the process Medicare ended up taking the machine away because it did not get fixed in the required time.
It then took 6 months to redo the sleep study and get a new machine. I'm glad I didn't die in the process.
The next round happened in June 2024. I made 3 calls but only one was returned. The other two were never returned. I'm not sure what is wrong at the Phoenix office but this has been a bad experience.
There is a lot more to this story, but too much to try to write down.

Can’t get anyone to answer phone. After automated system transfers for 20 minutes, someone answers and hangs up! They are not sending supplies, but never forget to take my money every month!

Their tech was extremely patient and covered all the options for my treatment. I was able to change my mask for a more comfortable fit. I recommend to all.

This morning at 9 am I spent 31 minutes on hold and decided to try their live chat. It was totally freaking useless. See their live chat response to my question. Avoid Lincare and Preferred Homecare at all costs. They are both owned by Linde who I contacted hoping for some assistance, but they were as useless as the above mentioned.

So happy I switched providers for my sleep apnea supplies. Great customer service and went above and beyond getting my doctors to supply the correct information for a new Resmed machine.

You couldn't find a worse company if you searched really hard!
1st - try to call - at any hour - and you are on hold.......billing: 15min, new equipment: 5min, pick-up equipment: you better have some time!!
2nd - they are quick to bill but if you want a refund....wwell....we're going on 6 weeks for $129
3rd - when you do eventually get your call answered and want something picked up, it has to be scheduled.....days in the future.....and these folks never show up.....so you gotta go through the same thing again and again. We are currently seven days overdue on stuff that was supposed to be picked up last week.
If you can avoid this place, by all means, do it.

Very friendly experience there... but the product is basically pure ambient air and flavor
New plastic suffocates me when I breathe out the same air I exhale... I get dizzy and have a headache. I feel better breathing clean, fresh oxygen...thank you very much. Thank you for the kindness of the staff there.
