They were nice but when I found out there was a problem with my taxes I tried contacting them. Couldn't get a hold of anyone even with their offices saying they were open nobody was ever there. Couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. Called Corporate and all they could do is leave them a message. Asked for my refund because it had been almost 2 months since I had tried to contact them but it was up to the facility itself on if I should receive my refund. Basically after talking with the reps in corporate they had no obligation to return my call or follow corporate's emails to contact me. They only said that all they could do was leave another email for me.

This place was a little budget looking. They didn't seem to care much about people's privacy. They would shout out people's business while in the waiting room.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! These location are franchised out and this owner doesn't care to respond after five plus weeks of trying to contact them. Emails, Voicemail, and even calling corporate. I have done plenty to reach out to them! They've had my check since the beginning of May and still no contact to come pick up the check. This location is a scam. You charge an outrageous price to file two forms & when you complain about it they just knock some money off. That's how I knew its a scam! I regret filing my taxes here! I will NOT be back and I hope you that read this don't go back either.

The manager said - "Here are the copies of your W2. You can keep it. We will keep the original so that if you lose your copy, you can come back to us and we will give you a copy. Does that make sense?" I was like, no. Why exactly would anyone give their original W2s to these guys? I don't know. That seemed odd and shady. I think I overheard them saying to another customer - "We will get your refund in our name, once we get it, we will reduce our fees and give you a check for the difference amount." This seemed strange as well.

The times on google are not right....They are open 9 am to 9 pm every single day. I went in to get my taxes done and they made sure I got all my money back this year. Excellent customer service!!!!
