They couldn't find my account even though I had one. Asked if I could add my points later the cashier didn't know. Thought it be easier giving my phone number but apparently they don't accept phone numbers. The cashier didn't try to solve the problem.

Brisa has helped me pick out a great shirt for a upcoming event and some pants to go with it she’s the best and when I walked in the store was completely organized and looked like a professional store and have a lot of different selections that any other Levi’s I have been too keep up the good work !!

Employee got aggressive with my husband for no reason when we were shopping, the employees name is Austin and he got aggressive just because my husband looked at him smiling. You guys need to be more careful with the employees you choose!! Prefer to shop at another store if this is going to happen often!

One of the best things about outlets is that you can get really good price for quality items without overpaying high street prices. Good , solid selection of cloth for everyone here at reasonable prices. Sometimes gets really crowded and you may need to wait a while to checkout.
