I am in the parking lot of Tempe store @ rural and Guadalupe on Dec. 6th 2023 whoever is scheduled @ this time in this store is very rude and this isn’t the first time I have been to this location and had been treated very unkind…. The last time I visited here it was 10:30 am and nobody was here so I waited about 15 minutes and the same guy showed up walked rite past me opened the door and slammed it shut and locked the door… this guy needs counseling on how to act towards customers

Went there right at 9am about a month ago when they were supposed to open. Was there until 9:20 and they never opened. Yesterday I hustled over there after work and got their at 5:48 (sign says they close at 6). Doors were locked and a guy at the front desk just shook his head saying no. I looked at my watch and the sign on their door and he kept shaking his head. Not going back.

We’ve gone here for the four years we’ve had our home with a pool and have had great experiences. Until recently. We have come in for a water test multiple times on different days and different times of day when the store is supposed to be open and the doors were locked and lights off. I went to a different location where several of the customers all said they had the same experience with this location. I tried calling the number listed on the door with no answer as well. This is terrible for business and we will no longer come to this store.

It's been 4 months since we've been waiting for Leslie's pool to come fix our none running pool pump and they still tell us our part for our pool pump isn't in yet. How much longer do we need to wait just for them to get the job done and we could finally enjoy our pool this summer before we need to drain it from all the debris and chemicals that have been sitting there. Wish someone could help them out with getting our pool running again.

They were friendly when we walk in. I have been shopping at this Leslie pool for a time and I will not go back. Went in for a water test and they wanted name and email to do a water test. the staff said that he can not run the test with out all my Name and email on file, the tester he had will not run it with out that info. They never stop me from paying cash pool supply's. I went to another pool supply company and was able to get the pool water test with out all the info. Went to a store at Baseline and McClintock a independent Pool Supply store they gave me fast service with a smile. They did not ask for a email and my number.

Katie is awesome! I'm currently working on two pool systems with deadlines to meet for events. Katie has been able to educate me when needed and help guide me when I'm not familiar with something I have come across. Both pools, which are two different filter types will be up and running on time. Thank you for all your help Katie!!!

I took my water in for testing tonight and Kim and Caroline were THE BEST! They educated me on many things and had many awesome suggestions. Never were they pushy or recommending things I didn't need. Caroline is new and was testing her knowledge on me. Great customer service. I'm so lucky to have them so close to help me take care of my pool! This is my new go to for pool care! Thanks, ladies!

Purchased a new barracuda. Sales rep was very helpful. He was full of information and answered all my questions. Store was clean and organized. The only downside is they are a bit more expensive compared to what can be purchased at other places or online. Sometimes it is worth it to talk to someone depending on what you are buying.
