The second time in the past 4 months that the wrong suit pants are sent home and now I'm left to wonder if custom clothing is lost.
Frustrating! I already lost one pair that cost me close to 300.00. Now I have 2 pairs at home that don't even match the numbers on the claim ticket. We have technology today that, even with labor issues, should mitigate these problems.
Trust! The most valuable thing you provide others in the service industry.
Lost! All faith and trust that Legend's will provide care, diligence and take responsibility of my clothes. When they leave my hand, they should delivered back better than before.
I couldn't be more disappointed after 15 years doing business with Legends.
They have to be better!
UPDATE:
After calling multiple stores, to follow-up on my request to speaker to the owner, I finally received a callback based upon my persistence.
My pants were returned the next day, as they were delivered to another customer. The team and owner apologized and made things right.

They did a nice job cleaning my comforters, but felt they were a little pricey. I went to them to clean a different comforters (4 years ago) and it was $20. Now they raised the price to 33.00. When the lady said 66.00 (I had 2 comforters) I was shocked. Not sure if I would go back bc of price.

I finally found a reliable dry cleaner. I noticed the van in my neighborhood, I stopped and talked with Paul. He gave me all the info I needed and picked up my cloths on the spot. I can't say enough good things about Legend Cleaners. They have a customer for life. Thanks again Paul! Love the Aloha spirit!!!

I dropped off my leather jacket, estimating charges around $6 . Next day they call me it was wrong estimate the charge $50. I said No. Unfortunately didn't honor it. The next day I picked it up with dirty spots. I told them these were not at my jacket. They denied it. They said it was not from them. I am sure they didn't handle my jacket in a proper way.

My family uses Legend Cleaner in Tempe and have experienced Great customer service every time! Savanna is very helpful, incredibly nice and very efficient. I love that she always makes sure it has been done right, checks the details and apparently has trained the new employees to do the same! They make sure my hubby and I have impeccable uniforms on time at a great price. Thanks so much!

I have been using this location since 2009 I haven’t seen better customer service anywhere else Specially morning customer service.Also they Are wash and clean the clothes the best dry clean to use ever and l want to thanks sincerely legend dry cleaner and the staff best the dry cleaner in the city of Tempe
