I went in looking for a strapless bra . I tried one on and it didn't work . I was overwhelmed and was about to leave the store crying . Through my tears Robin the store manager stopped me offered to help and made me feel so comfortable. I explained why I was so upset . And she listened to me and was able to relate to the situation. She walked along side of me and I wound up buying a bra and she helped solve my issue . I'm so thankful for Robin . She is the best !

Nelly and Brianna are the sweetest angels, literally were so patient, helpful and kind!! Best shopping experience of my life as a plus size girl!!!! Store was beautifully clean and organized too

The sales ladies were so VERY helpful.The lady I went with, we had both lost a lot of weight! Went went to purchase bras and clothes...The bras were nicely priced ($25-$35). Not bad!The clothes were on sale.The store was clean & organized.Can't wait to use our $25-$125 Lane Bryant rewards...

Lane Bryant is my go to store for Bras as a plus size woman! My visit last night was amazing and Maria gave such great customer service and helped me find what I needed! She was truly great and I will be back next time I need something!

I finally decided to get myself a credit card and was very excited. I never received my credit card and forgot that I had made a purchase for $57.I eventually had my phone blown up by their customer service called Community Bank trying to collect. When I ask them who they were they rudely said Community Bank. They did not say they were calling for Lane Bryant EVER. I even said I do not have an account open with a community bank so I do not understand why you are calling?I found out exactly who they were when I checked my credit score and found it dropped 88 points after two months of non-payment.I quickly, then paid it in full and spoke with a representative from Community Bank who represents Lane Bryant who was RUDE!!! Then they also proceeded to send me to Trans Union to see how quickly it would lift and be removed off my credit score. I was told by Trans Union it would take months.I have always paid my balances in full. I did not receive a credit card.The RUDE customer service I received was shocking!!! I love that store and have spent a lot of money there but I will never go back after how I was treated.

I would probably purchase more items there if the clothing wasn't jammed so tightly on the racks. It was difficult to find a size or individual item without bringing many pieces down with it.
