I have been a State Farm customer for 5+ years and I added my wife and her car to my policy today which Kole helped me with. He was extremely professional and helpful answering all my questions. You definitely get what you pay for with insurance coverage and I’m very pleased with the customer service I’ve received over the years from Kristen Kruger State Farm and specifically Kole.

Kole was awesome. I just moved from South Dakota to Tempe. He was friendly and super helpful. He helped me quickly get my insurance set up for AZ and explained the difference in coverages from SD to AZ and made sure I understood how much and what they all cover. Kole helped me get my auto policy switched over from my previous state at a much more affordable price than they had quoted me at when I told them I was moving. He and Alicia were great to talk to and I definitely recommend speaking with this office to get a quote if you’re unhappy with your current insurance company.
