After purchasing my 124 year old home I was on the hunt for the perfect dining table. Needless to say no retailer had the narrow, pub height design I had in mind so as I continued the search I found Kase Custom. The table that was made by hand for my space is absolutely perfect! We are still on the hunt for the perfect artwork and accessories but I am beyond thrilled with the table as it fits our speakeasy vibe perfectly!

Ordered a custom coffee table and am so delighted to have worked with Kase Custom. The table is beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my living room. We needed a large table (60x48) and I loved the ability to pick the finish and to add a shelf. This is heirloom quality furniture and I hope I can find a reason to order from them again in the future.
I’ll also add that their customer service is top notch and they were a delight to work with.

The dining room table, counter height, as I am using it as is beautiful and well made. Able to put together myself, very easy. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Kase Custom. Would definitely buy again if I need something in the future.

When I called and explained to the owners, the wife laughed when I mentioned I was a disabled veteran in a wheelchair. She tried to clean the statement up and correct herself but the owners are just naturally rude disgusting people. I spoke with the other owner/ the husband later that day on my table being assembled in the factory wrong. He asked why a veteran was calling trying to leach money from his company. The customer service is the epitome of failure and unprofessionalism. I wouldn’t recommend the products to anyone.

Seller is one of the best that I've encountered! I did a random onlinesearch for what I was looking for to outfit our nonprofit's new office, and came across Kase Custom. I'm so glad that I did! Seller was responsive and accomodating to our needs and budget. You cannot beat a lifetime warranty. The tables are beautifully crafted, well made, and complete our design perfectly. As our needs grow, I will not hesitate to do business with Kase Custom again!

Kase Custom was wonderful to work with. They have great communication and are very professional. We really appreciated all the time they took answering our many questions. We truly love our new table and have received many compliments on it. It fits our space perfectly. First of all, the pictures on their site are just beautiful. Everything looks so rustic and stylish, but also so well constructed.
I experienced issues ordering on Etsy and reached out to them directly. I had a reply from Christine probably within minutes. Over the next couple of weeks, I emailed her at least a handful of times. And always the same incredibly quick, detailed & thorough, very friendly and accommodating replies. Their/her customer service is about the best that I've ever experienced. She worked with me to get the purchase through their own ordering system so that she could get it shipped out to me all the faster.
I couldn't wait for a desk, so I went with one that was already built and ready to ship, rather than waiting for a custom piece to be built. I have to admit that the one I chose wasn't my preference but, like I said, I just wanted one of the ready to ship pieces. The pictures looked really nice, but I was afraid that the stain was a little darker than I wanted - the natural stained pieces look stunning in pictures.
Shipping was fast. I swear it took, at most, 10 minutes to put together a significant-sized desk and move it into place. I was instantly impressed by just how thick and sturdy the solid wood top is, and by how thick and sturdy the solid steel legs are. As I pushed the desk into its corner, I was so happy with how it looked - this was exactly, exactly what I wanted and hoped for. It is just gorgeous!
Even as I sit here writing this a week after getting the desk, I can't stop staring down at the pretty wood that was chosen, the remarkable craftsmanship, and the beautiful stain. I regularly find myself grabbing the edge of the desk in front of me and pushing and pulling hard, and literally nothing on top of the desk even moves - no wobble, nothing. Because it's just that strong and sturdy.
If you're even considering buying from Kase, you should go for it. The customer service is top notch and can't be beat. The quality of the materials and construction is absolutely perfect. And you are not going to find this quality for probably even twice the price, anywhere else. I'll definitely be coming back to them to get some custom-made pieces in the near future!

We were so happy with the headboard that Kase Custom made for us. We had selected some options from their online photos. Christine added some ideas and helped design exactly what we wanted. The workmanship is high quality and using reclaimed wood added so much character. We highly recommend Kase Custom and will order from them in the future.
