“I had been to Capri Jewelers a few times, looking for engagement rings and wedding bands. The store is clean with an array of designer brands. On my last visit I was specifically looking for a Tacori or Verragio wedding band. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and patient, which has been true of all my visits to this establishment. I was able to take advantage of their bridal show and snag an extra discount on my wedding band. The store is conveniently located near the Men's Warehouse in Tempe Marketplace.”

“Really unique little store that has lots of unique treasures and so glad I stopped in today! After yoga class downstairs, I popped in to see what this place was about, and wow, this is a treasure trove of items from all over the world. Sweet! Clay, the owner, was super nice and we chatted the entire time I was looking around the store. He told me that this store has been here for 25 years and that he goes around the world looking for items and buys them up and then has them shipped back to here. Great! The reason the store is called Yucatecan Imports is when he first opened the store, he originally was bringing back hammocks from Yucatan, nice little history there! Each item in the store is marked with price and also where it comes from, so super cool! This is about as fair trade as it can be. Clay has hand painted scrolls from Thailand, Buddha calendars from Nepal, bookmarks from Turkey, earrings from Peru and Mexico, and my favorite, he has a chirango from Ecuador (however, the chirango was made in Bolivia)! I wanted to stay in here all day and look at everything he has as it is super neat all the wares he carries. He doesn't operate an online business, so he's old school, and wants you to come into his store, great! I ended up buying a mini wooden carved elephant from Thailand, this is a gift for my mom as she loves elephants (and so do I) and will send it to her! I'll definitely be back here especially when I have to find unique gift items for friends and family! Great little shop hidden away, come check it out!”

“Was looking to get a ring turned into a pendent for a necklace that I owned. Found this shop via word of mouth. Phenomenal. Lorin is a master of his craft, knowledgeable, kind, funny, & has great customer service.The ring was special to me, but made from high karat gold. Therefore, it warped pretty badly after wear. Lorin salvaged it by turning it into a pendent, & even got creative to make it even sturdier for a great price. He really cares about the jewelry as if it is his own & tells you in great detail what he will do to get to the final product.I highly recommend this shop, they got a customer for as long as I live in the East valley. Thanks again Lorin, you rock!”

“I have previously had bad experiences with this store, I came in to give it my last try and was greeted right away with a smile, I complained to the lady just to find out she is nkw the new store manager, I think her name was Kayla if I remember correctly. She was so informative, and kind. She helped me find what I needed. I then came back a few days later with both of my daughters to pierce their ears and she was there again and was so great with them and made them feel completely comfortable, she had fun with them while piercing to keep their mind somewhere else, it really helped. I will be back anytime I need jewelery, this changed my whole view of Lovisa. ?”

“Walking into this store is pure nostalgia. Oh the days of hello kitty everything, bedazzled rings and fancy themed purses. The walls are flooded with every accessory you can imagine. We brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced after scheduling an appointment online. It was quick and easy to schedule but we arrived early and they were more than happy to get us in earlier. The associate walked us through the process and showed us the earring choices. My daughter chose the multicolor flower posts. We signed a waiver that we understood the care instructions as she went over them and she asked if we had any questions. She was very gentle with my daughter and made her comfortable while marking her ears and even gave her a s****** The process was very quick and smooth. We were also given 20% off with the purchase of the piercing kit that comes with the earrings and the cleaner, so she chose a cute little fanny pack. We will definitely be back to add to her collection of accessories”
