Chuey and Jonah did an exceptional job! Really appreciated their attention to detail. My car has not been this clean in a min! Will definitely be back to this location to see Chuey and Jonah!! Highly recommend.

I am only giving one star because of the cleanliness of their bathrooms. There was literally poop all over the seat, the baby station looks like it hasn't been wiped down in months as well the toilet cover despenser. It had an inch thick of dust. WHO CLEANS THIS PLACE? Whoever the workers are that are responsible for cleaning these bathrooms ought to be ashamed of themselves. JUST DISGUSTING! Beware, if you walk into these bathrooms and try not to touch anything...... Just gross!

Terrible job of cleaning car. Tried to speak to employee and he was very rude and condescending. Walked away mumbling under his breath and I asked him what he said. He responded that our vehicle was not even that bad. Stated something about being able to do what he wanted... Not coming back to this place.

UNFORTUNATELY I RECV'D THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A YOUNG BLACK MAN WHO BECAME IRRITATED OF THE COMPLAINT THAT I BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION OF THE POOR DETAIL JOB I HAD RECV'D. AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD IT WAS ONLY A $40 WASH AND SHOULDN'T EXPECT PERFECTION! HE TOOK MY RECEIPT AND INTIALED IT AND SAID COME BACK ANOTHER DAY FOR A RE- DO. WALKING AWAY TALKING UNDER HIS BREATH, WHICH THEN BROKE OUT IN LOUD ARGUMENT. I WAS APPALLED AND FRIGHTENED BY HIM. TO CORPORATE THIS IS YOUR COMPANY'S SERVICE. UNACCEPTABLE!

They did a decent job on the car, you have to consider it is only about 20 min for the full car. I’m giving 4 stars primarily because they need better options to protect their staff from the sun and heat. They have this worker out in 110 heat with no umbrella or misters. The employees at the front have just a small mister. As physical labor employees they deserve to have better accommodations for the summer. It makes me really hesitant to come back only because I don’t feel good about their working conditions.

It was my first time at this car wash. Jonah and Chuy went out of their way to go above and beyond and did an exceptional job. I purchased the Utimate wash and it really looked like my car had a detail. Jonah even helped me fix my exterior mirror on the drivers side which I very much appreciated. I don't usually go on line and do reviews, but they deserve every star. Check it out!

This is more of a complaint.
I visited the above mentioned location on Sunday at 12:33 (receipt #L35397). The attendant sold me the $79.99 package. It was to take 45 min. Thorough vacuum and cleaning on the interior. When I pulled my car up to lane 3 to have the fellas begin, it was 12:44. There were a total of 3 guy working on and off on my vehicle. One moved like he was exhausted. He did very little on the vehicle. The other 2 looked busier. I noticed that when my name was called, an attendant grabbed the air pressure instrument and blasted the front one last time. Quick inspection, the vacuum was subpar. Further inspection, the wheels rims were still dirty. The dash was not fully wiped down. The 45 minute car wash was over at 1:09 p.m.
For a $79.99 + tips (I tipped the 2 of 3 of the attendants) carwash, I expect your busy to do what it says in writing to do. It's a matter of integrity. For me to get home to clean the side mirrors, rims, and touch up the interior.
I have read reviews, everyone is not wrong regarding the price of service not meeting the outcome or results of service.

Worst and Most expensive Car Wash!!!! Staff is rude and not competent. Paid for VIP WASH when I alerted the supervisor on staff he told me OH!! well nothing he can do as far as getting it cleaned or refunding. His name was Jonah but he lied and said his name was Jose. I had to asked his co workers to get the correct information. When I called CS at they advised me they do not refund single car wash....but they did say they should have try to correct the work they did wrong. The fact that I tipped several of the workers as well is infuriating. Here I am as a customer trying to give you a little extra just to get not even the bare minimum. I do not suggest this location 1/10 the car wash it's self cleaned my outside great and the gentleman with the Gold grill did a great job getting all my travel bugs off my suv. As well as the sound men checking me in and taking payment with the dreadlocks very pleasant.

I'm a regular member and I like this place because is fast and near to my house.
The last 2 time I had been there Chuy had been more than beyond he always welcome me, attentive, polite and trying to accomplish all my expectations!
