I do not usually post reviews but this place deserves all the kudos. Friendly atmosphere and helpful employees who go above and beyond. Definitely worth a visit and a highlight of Tempe Marketplace. God Bless !

The guy that helped us yesterday, I don't remember his name, only description is he wore a Yamaka. He was sooooooooo overwhelming. He would not just let my husband and I look around without getting super into our faces and just talk talk talk talk. He was nice but jeez EASE UP on being so bombarding. It was really annoying and uncomfortable.

Me and my boyfriend also visited this place yesterday and I'm appalled by the previous comments about Ethan. Our experience was similar yesterday. My boyfriend literally had to stand in his way to get him away from me. He stood way too close and wouldn't leave me alone to browse.

me and my boyfriend went in yesterday and ethan made us both extremely uncomfortable he was very aggressive and rude and i just saw another review from weeks ago about him being inappropriate with customers. i will not be returning to this store since you clearly don’t value your customer’s feelings.

I absolutely love this place. I come here often with a group of my friends and would say that one employee always gives us the best services!! If you come here Maggie is the best employee to go to and talk to she's very sweet and extremely helpful :) She needs a raise!

My partner and I visited your store [02/12/24] to take our mind off of our extremely recent lost of our beloved cat the day before and interacted with Ethan, who initially provided assistance. Regrettably, we encountered behavior that raise alarmingly concerns during our visit.Specifically, Ethan's actions included inappropriate touching by purposely moving into my partner's breasts without warning or signaling his intentions, an unwarranted delay in our departure after completing the transaction by positioning himself infront of my partner, and an unsolicited discussion about his personal life in a boastful manner along with insisting that we were the only ones in the store. This was both unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable for us.Given the gravity of the situation, we strongly urge the removal of Ethan from your staff. We are concerned about the potential impact of his actions on others who may not be able to voice their discomfort.I have reached out to the company and they haven’t responded or quite frankly taken this seriously.I cannot recommend this place or this company.

Don't go here unless you like to be charged twice. I was charged twice when I called and asked for them to fix it. I was told no can-do unless I drive all the way back in which for me is a 30 to 45 minute drive this to me is ridiculous. You should never not be able to refund due to some system. It's ridiculous. Do not go here. The workers suck. They are on their phones the entire time. Management is super unhelpful.

I only go to the place for one thing and one thing only. The 6 and Starburst cotton candy they run about 5 bucks a pack but are addictive and worth it. It's always a fun environment in Its Sugar, and I have so much fun looking at all the novelties and retro candy. Bring back all nostalgic memories as a kid
