I've came 3 times and they were closed. Came during business hours.I called I texted nothing.Each time I came I took time away from work to come here.I understand things happen in life but a simple sign and voicemail update letting us know would be helpful of when someone will be in.

I personally own an enterprise HP color laser printer that I have zero regrets in purchasing. If I were to buy the toner cartridges directly from HP, I literally would spend over $1000 for all four of them. This store has been a beacon of hope for those who want to get their toner and ink cartridges at a very reasonable price. I know what some may think...these are cheap cartridges that will not work, leak all over the place, yada yada yada. I have been a customer of this store for several years and have not had a problem with any of the cartridges I have gotten. The one time I did run into an issue, Steve handled it quickly and professionally. Rest assured, I am maintaining my business relationship with Ink & Toner today because of their reliability and quality.

Bailey was amazing! My business prints A LOT. I needed help with a certain toner (with a chip) and she got me squared away the same day when other companies informed me that they couldn't help until the end of the week. She definitely pulled some strings to make sure I was taken care of!

Went there for some replacement cartridges for my Brother inkjet printer. They said they didn't sell them. So can you refill them? No, they don't do that. Finally I asked if I could buy the ink to fill them myself, and guess what? They don't sell that either! So what is it that they do there exactly?

Stopped in to see if this company could help me with a specific problem I had and they were more than happy to help... at this point in my life I don't have a need for ink and toner however, for those who do, I'm 100% positive that coming here will not leave you disappointed. Great valley company offering help eventhough that help may not return a profit... just the sincere gratitude they deserve! Thanks again!

The store was closed at 2:45pm. The sign says 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. I wanted to buy from a small business, but I will buy my toner online and it will be here tomorrow

I've been going to them maybe 10 years? I got a color laser printer and found their prices the most reasonable. They have gone out of their way for me on more than one occasion. They've attempted to repair an unrepairable printer and gave me an amazing trade in, even though repairs are not their thing. I've never had a bad experience there and they've kept my inexpensive printers running perfectly ❤️

Love this company! We have looked high and low and the best prices are here. We have six tire shops + an office that we order for. It's always a pain placing orders as most companies put everything under one account or get them mixed up. Not here. They have each store under an account and know what each store gets. Ordering is SO easy and quick. They keep in touch and lmk when my order is ready to be picked up...usually only a day or two after ordering. To top it off their customer services is amazing! Very friendly. They are honest + won't sell you whatever to make a quick buck. Highly recommend!!
