I never thought I'd give IKEA 1/5 stars until this happened. I bought two glass containers from them to be transported from the Tempe location, and they did not bother to wrap them in bubble wrap. You can tell how light and thin these papers are. It's quite frustrating to have to go through this because I was looking forward to using them this weekend.

Nice store with tons of things at an affordable price, definitely recommend their hazelnut chocolate bars too! Employees are also very friendly and helpful.

Great place to walk and get some steps in if you get lost. I like that they have live plants here and a food court. The employees look like they enjoy working there.

Ikea used to be the go to furniture place for a person with a small budget. Now the simplest of things such as a small nightstand run for around 200$ after taxes. A 6$ curtain rod quickly becomes 20$ as the installation comes separately as do the end caps for it, and god forbid you want the prettier ones which are all 14$. The cheapest curtains are 30$ a pair and have the blandest, most appallingly boring patterns one can imagine, especially when some of them go up to 80$.
Also an older lady employee chose to comment on my outfit, saying it was a horrible one. I have a heat sensitivity and am prone to heatstroke so I usually wear full coverage outfits. What I wear is none of an employee's concern and to hear her say such a thing was a slap in the face since usually most Ikea employees are friendly and polite. After having to deal with this rude employee and discovering that Ikea prices are just as ridiculously high as commonplace furniture stores made this Ikea visit a rather unpleasant one.

Would never have ordered from IKEA had I known they use this TForce freight company. TForce gave me a Friday evening delivery window between 3-7pm and then no shows, no call, no notification. Can’t call them because they are closed on the weekends. Tracking number 100197803004 doesn’t even work on their website. Don’t waste your time and money with IKEA when they work with companies like this.
