I am writing this review from my functioning laptop. I broke the charging port on my laptop and took it to a different place and they didn't know what to do and said I could like it with them for a few days while they try and figure it out. Then I took it here and the super nice guy with a pony tail told me that there is actually a second charging port that I didn't know about and all I needed was a new charger. it was super fast and he said I didn't owe him anything. Now my laptop works.

I have used these guys twice. Both times they did a good repair on two different laptops. Fixed the screen on one laptop and repaired the charging port on the other. It saved me a ton of money. Highly recommended

Would not recommend. They sold me 2 monitors. They were old (2011) and did not work with my upgraded setup. The return was nothing but a nightmare. Especially the guy who works in the Tempe location. He was rude, and, for sure, he needs a training on how computers function. I had to go back and forth between my house, this location and Scottsdale's location. I am so glad I returned those old monitors and not have to deal with these people ever again!One more thing: The reply below: they asked me to come to the Tempe location, so I drove back for 1 hr and a half only to find their shop closed. Time is money!

Overall 5 stars. I was trying to find a location to help me recover data off of my Apple airport Time Capsule after Apple Genius Bar wiped my iMac after promising they had transferred all my data onto a portable hard drive I bought from them. Well they did not & 60% of my data was gone. I was devastated for days until my wife suggested a third party repair shop. I reached out to a couple businesses and after speaking to Eric with iFixit, I thought it was worth a try. What did I have to lose? I dropped off my time capsule that apple told me I had completely erased due to holding the reset button in for 10 seconds (they also couldn't pull up any info off of it). They said it requires a network to operate and access the data which they could not do. Well Eric opened the hard drive and was able to directly access the files. I was amazed and so happy. Since the files are scattered he suggested I bring in my iMac and attempt to complete a restore of data which would put the files in the correct location. Eric was right and completely saved my digital life! I am forever grateful to them and his hard work. I was surprised at how reasonable the work cost too. Definitely give them a shot for any data recovery issues you may be facing. They know the "ins and outs".

Exceptionally great company! Eric at the Tempe store is fantastic! Knowledgeable, thorough, and fast! I have been to a lot of places and iFIXiT has great customer support and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them! I originally brought my working computer to the Geek Squad who messed it up and couldn't fix it. Next, I brought it to another large company and they couldn't find or fix the problem either. Eric and iFIXiT are my heroes and my go-to company for support and repair from now on! Thanks guys!

Great guy good service. Got my service done and these guys are the best. Helpful and understanding. Bought a desktop. Life savers! Update, had to make three stops there. Only because my desktop and monitor did not make the 2100m drive from Florida.Bought a monitor at Wal-Mart. The monitor was blurry and had "ghost shadows". First I thought I am getting old and glasses bad.They tried to troubleshoot overphone. I returned and quickly found it was bad monitor. Buy new monitor from them. Everything perfect.Zack and Erick are amazing. GREAT SERVICE. Good prices. My go to for my stupidity and issues for now on!I guess us Gen X and boomers need millenials!

They fixed my first computer almost year ago. Unfortunately with second computer I was given multiple quotes and when I agreed to have them fix it they then replied it would be $100 more because they were out out of stock. When I picked up computer I was still charged $49 even though sign out front says free diagnostic. So I payed and went to another computer store and was told it was easy fix. I can order part and install myself if not bring it by and he'd help no charge.

Personnel lied on their initial quote and attempted to bate me into paying them $500 to fix a $500 laptop. These "technicians" then proceeded to lie about what they had previously told me when I requested my laptop back. This store is run by moral less, unprofessional, and incompetent people. I would implore anyone considering this "shop" to seek a true professional. There is a reason why it is empty.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has issues with their computer. Prices are VERY reasonable and Eric is very knowledgeable. I am a VERY satisfied customer and will continue to do business there.

They are amazing i drove to get a laptop for $89 so i could use it to upload medical reports for my dr. They didn't have one at the store i was at so they called another store to find one for me. Not only did they they have one but i didn't have change for it since i only had cash at the time. He covered part of the change cause none of us had change. I will definitely go back when the time comes to get another laptop or any kind of computer. These guys all had superior customer service & were happy to help & made sure the laptop i got was able to log into my account to upload my medical records. Hey ifixit team you guys rock!!!!!!

I was very pleased with my PC rebuild done at iFixiTusa in Tempe. I have built computers before, but needed better wire management skills. I added 6 RGB lights and with the clear glass case it looked unbelievable when I cranked it up. I highly recommend them!
