My client hired IDR to help stage their house to sell AND used them to pack, store and load the contents of their home until the home that they bought in CO was ready. Lisa, Selene and their crews were amazing. They took great care to make sure nothing was damaged and that everything was inventoried and delivered just as it was stored. They are a one-stop shop for all your design, moving or storage needs! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any job!

Beyond grateful for Ashley and her team! I needed to temporarily move out of my house for a renovation, and let's be honest - moving is usually beyond stressful. But not with IDR! Their incredible service packed up my entire house and moved everything to storage seamlessly. Ashley was friendly, helpful, and her expertise was much appreciated. Thanks to them, I could focus on the renovation without any stress about the move. I highly recommend this service! Thank you IDR for all you do!

I seriously wish I could do more than 5 stars! Chris and his team (sorry I’m terrible with names) were absolutely AMAZING! They were kind and took care of everything. I truly appreciate and I’m so grateful to have all three of them help move my household. I don’t think I could have ask for a better team. Thank you guys so much!!! You made this move so simple and easy as well as go above and beyond on everything you did!!!

Zero stars for robbery - I had a move this morning from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom in the complex immediately next door. Before the move they told me that I should pay in cash to avoid a service fee paying with a credit card and I prepared cash for the amount estimated. During the move they told me that it would be $582 which is nearly double what I was told. After paying them the cash I got an invoice for $320. My calls have been going straight to voicemail and my emails have gone unanswered. I want my money back

The IDR Moving team was amazing. Cameron and Austin were both professional and careful. They even hung three pieces of my large artwork for me. A true white glove moving company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a seamless moving experience.

I had the IDR team move my 4800 square foot home from Gilbert to PV and they did amazing professional work. The four guys were well spoken, friendly, and so careful. They also hung all of my mirrors and artwork for me as well. I would recommend IDR for any of your moving needs!! Thank you IDR!

Super professional, well planned work ethic very funny and respectful to talk with down to earth type of people. Marcos is one if the funniest one to talk with all of my furniture was wrapped and handled with care they went above and beyond.

Horrible customer service. I would rate zero stars if I could. They said they would only charge us for two people instead of three due to not having the personnel to come do an estimate and they would send us an extra guy for free. (Awesome) The employees seemed nice but after buying them $100 worth of food we found out they broke our brand new 60 inch Samsung TV. ( It happens). We called them immediately after leaving, (when we turned on the TV) sent pictures of damage and TV manufacturing tag via email, and was basically called a liar. They refused to fix the invoice and tried to replace our TV with some cheap off brand but only after they retrieve our broken TV. Still to this day won’t fix the situation and threatening to take us to court. Highly NOT recommended!!! Very dishonest and not worth it!!! Look elsewhere!!!

The best moving company I have ever had the experience to work with. The team at IDR were professional, efficient and went above and beyond to make this move go as smooth as possible for us. They packed and took some of our items to goodwill, consignment store, storage at their facility and to our new place. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving here in the valley. The team is clean cut and very professional.

IDR moving and storage moved our entire home from Anthem AZ to their facility for a couple of weeks and then into our new home when it was ready in Gilbert. They helped with some of the packing in the home and moved everything with no issues. The pricing was very reasonable and the entire team was more than professional!! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Brad the owner and his staff(Diane in the office) were very professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my furniture was stored at their warehouse and delivered to my new home in perfect condition. I will definitely use them and refer them to everyone that I know.
