I’m a little late posting this, a year ago I got my Philtrum and it was excellent. I waited like 20 minutes as a walk in. Their selection of jewelry is beautiful (but a little expensive). I wouldn’t choose this if you’re looking for a cheap place, but you’re paying for quality.

They charge $192 for nipple piercing. Extremely overpriced. Literally the most expensive shop in town.

I came here a couple months back to start my gauges. Bobby was my piercer, I just want to start off on how welcoming and comforting everyone is walking in and out. Bobby did amazing. I was a little intimidated looking at the size of the needle .. almost having second thoughts but he literally talked me through everything from the needle to the jewelry. It really did help having a conversation about random things it took my distraction away from the pain. It was fast but very efficient. I can't recall the size of the needle maybe it was 4G but I'm currently at 5/8 or 16mm gauges and very happy w my results. Thank you HTC team for taking care of your customers! And thank you Bobby for your service!

I went here three separate times a while ago and I got messed up every time I went by a man I believe was named Josh. The first time I got my septum pierced and he put broken jewelry into my fresh piercing. The second time I went to get my jewlery changed in my ear and my septum. He put the septum jewlery in my ear and when I pointed this out he went whoops and switched it to my nose without so much as wiping it or cleaning it, any sanitization. The THIRD time, I don't know why I trusted this man a third time, but I went to start stretching my lobes. Hey shoved a 12g plug into an 18g hole and called it a day. It started bleeding and when I called they said it was normal to bleed for a few days. All resources told me stretching should never bleed. And it continued to weep and bleed for about a year of babying it before I gave up on it. Now a lobe piercing I've had since I was a year old is closed and I have to repierce and start over from scratch. I am deeply upset and frustrated especially with my concerns being shrugged off.

I've been going here for about 10 years . Always clean and productive. They are all very nice. Me and my girl went in for our daughters 5th bday to get her ears done .. not a peep out of her no crying no nothing . I highly recommend HTC to anyone who's looking for a great experience . I walked on spontaneously and had my septum pierced here! I was confident in going through with it bc the environment was clean and they walked you through everything that was going to be done. I honestly had no reaction to the minimal pain other than closing my eyes, they're that good! Love my piercing

Went in just for a basic ear piercing appointment. I’ve been a customer here before and had no issues. Was told I can’t use my own $2k earrings and must purchase from them to get pierced. I have to have full gold jewelry due to other metal allergies. Front desk girl had a very off putting attitude. If you want more money for the piercing I would’ve been happy to pay extra, I just don’t want your jewelry. The quality of my jewelry is none of your concern, it’s mine. This is a piercing shop, not a jeweler.

love this place! will definitely be coming back here for the rest of my piercings. everyone was super helpful and nice. the piercer made me feel comfortable and explained everything that was going on. it was a little pricy but it was worth it for the service and quality. they have a lot of jewelry options! you cannot bring in your own jewelry for anyone who is wondering.

I have been going to HTC for over 15 years. I’ve gotten my tongue, helix, daith, 2nd lobes and more here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides HTC. They are exceptionally good at what they do. I recently had to change out my daith jewelry and they were so patient and kind with me. I’m always a ball of anxiety and they really ease my nerves so much. I am truly grateful for them!!
