Made an appointment for 10am... it is now 10:50am and I am still sitting here in the lobby as others are walking in and being seen immediately. I ask what's going on and the receptionist says they had appointments.... I HAVE A 10am APPOINTMENT!!!! Never dealing with H&R Block again after this

Of all the many years I have filled taxes, with HR block, I never felt so rushed, not listened to etc. I feel like they may have been done wrong also. I have never owed taxes in all the years that I have filed. The customer service needs some improvement. So unfriendly, and not welcoming at all.
