I have generally been satisfied with the service at Horne Mazda, but something that happened today left me feeling disappointed. Six months ago, I had my first oil change at 5,000 miles. Now, at close to 7,500 miles, an error message appeared on my dashboard indicating that service was due. I called Horne Mazda, and they confirmed that my car was showing this error. Since they had my service records on file, I assumed they would know my car didn’t need an oil change at this time, but they proceeded with the service and charged me.
Later, I spoke with a friend who informed me that my car likely didn’t need a full service—just an update to the system to reset the notification. I wish this had been clarified beforehand, as I feel I was charged for something unnecessary. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with customers in the future.

Great service and care, the only issue was items appearing on my additional suggested services that didn't actually need to be serviced. Whether error or not its a quick way to lose trust.

The team at Horne Mazda has always been very fair and responsive when they can . I do appreciate the effort .. Naavah has been very helpful.

Caught the sales manager in a lie today when trying to purchase a car with my own financing. They get 5 stars for the look on his face and his sales reps face when I called them out because it made my whole year! Would never recommend trying to buy a car here though go somewhere else, objectively very scummy.

Frankly awful service department. Deliberately quotes for unnecessary work (transmission fluid at 50k? Plugs, after you installed them 5000 miles ago?) and overcharges for said work, predatory language targeted at non car savvy folk, and cocky service managers. Not sure where else to go for OEM Mazda work around here, but I wouldn't go here if you can avoid it. Save yourself the heart attack from the bill they're going to give you.

Nolan was my salesman for Tempe Mazda. He was very thorough and kind and very considerate of my wants and needs for a car. He went above and beyond, I do not like going to car dealerships but he made it very painless and was able to accommodate my needs for a new car. Thank you so much
