Nice facility, much larger than appears from parking lot. Professional yet welcoming and friendly staff. Full service including phlebotomy on-site. Was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend.

My first visit here with Maribeth Odango and her medical assistant, Jen. The office is nice and clean, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Both Dr Odango and Jen took time to answer questions and listen to my concerns. I'm so glad I found a great new PCP!

Absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever encountered. Pathetically rude staff, unethical, unprofessional, and what is truly wrong with the American health care system. It’s all about money to them. Save yourself the anguish choose somewhere who cares.

I had almost left Honor Heath, but after getting a car wreck I needed a follow up with a primary care. I hadn't found a new one yet so called honor health. I had very negative experiences (2) with Dr. G where I felt rushed, not heard, she came across as confrontational. Left feeling frustrated.When I called to schedule I was scared, given my injuries and experience. They set me up with Dr. Roy. His PA was very good. He seemed to really listen to my concerns and get the referrals I needed, or pushing unsolicited referrals.He didn't need to take the time to listen to me ramble about my crash but he did and that made all the difference! Given I was new that day he wasn't familiar with my background, he did make a recommendation that specialist warned against due to drug interactions. Not concerning since he's a GP over a specialist, and being my fist visit.

I had a great experience with Dr. Odango and her staff. They genuinely care about their patients. Their customer service was excellent. I was welcomed very warmly. With customer service decline it is refreshing to step into this office.

Went for annual check up and explained a few other things on my mind. Never did the annual check up and only charged me for the additional things I spoke of which was less than a 7 minute appt.They also lost my paperwork and didn’t realize until I asked them if they received it. The front desk person said oh it must be sitting here on my desk somewhere. Managers are rude. Service was rude. Never will go here again and neither will my family.
