The room was very nice, but for 2 things. 1 - the tile floors are freezing no matter how warm you make the room, and there is no way to avoid walking on the tile (see photo). 2 - fancy over comfort and convenience regarding the bedside lamp. The dial to turn it on and off is halfway up the wall. It is impossible to use while in bed, and if you have issues with your hands just forget it.

Great beds. You could tell they were trying to go the extra mile. They comped our breakfast the 1st morning. 2nd morning, we hit the brunch place next door.

Their breakfast buffet is not included. $13 plus tax. Same old food as on other free hotel buffets but the eggs were sitting some time. A/C control on wall didn't work. Had to keep adjusting unit.

We’re currently traveling across the country, and figured we leave a review for anyone else doing something similar:Room: Overall, pretty okay. The bathroom door was wobbly/broken and felt super fragile. The tub was incredibly slow draining, and there’s no hand soap. Room was spacious though, and the dimming lights were helpful. Some light switches didn’t work.Service: The women at the front desk was AMAZING. Exactly the kind of personality that should be front line service.Location: Close to everything, easy parking, easy to find.

My wife traveled from Houston to Phoenix. Last minute we had to book a room. Card was declined without notification of fraud. Never notified of the decline. My proceeded to the hotel to check. Front desk clerk denied her and gave zero effort to help get a room. Knowing there was a reservation number for her stay. Left my wife outside with zero resolution. The care for Humanity is low. Shame on this place very sad.

The room was spacious. The toilet paper needed to be folded over about 4 times so it wouldn’t rip. The bath towels were like sandpaper. The room walls and ceiling were not sound proof, barely sound restricting. Was going to award 2 stars, because staff at check-in was nice. But the woman at check out was not pleasant. This was my first and definitely last time at a Hilton property. Recommend stay elsewhere, there are many more, and better options in the area.

Girl in the front desk Katie was rude and horrible the whole night, but the guy at the bar was cool. Room was nice with no issues. Overall, the room is great, but the service could use work.

First of all, the front desk service is terrible. They don’t greet you when you arrive or even tell you where the elevators or your room is located. Secondly, there is no breakfast included and when you go to where the food is sitting out in the morning, they ask you if you are having breakfast and will charge you $2.50 per item, yes that includes a muffin. I won’t be staying here again.
