Very friendly and professional service I received from the staff, my appointment to pick up the car ran longer than expected, only because the car I was picking up was in an accident from the last renter. But Terrell took the time to make sure I had a car, very nice guy. I will definitely be renting from this location again.

Showed up to pick up my rental and they had no cars, then they say I have to call Hertz to make sure I don't get charged. Worse than useless.

Erin the manager is a racist. She insinuated that I possibly could not own my American Express unlimited platinum card. I’m a public figure and I publicly spelled my name with a K but legally my name starts with a C all of my credit cards have my social name with a K instead of asking me to for secondary identification. They said that I was trying to fraud them mind you I’m only renting a car because Colter Buick rented the car for me when my car was being serviced by them. Then see their policy and show them their own company policy where she was wrong where she could’ve verified my identity with a second form of ID. But instead she decided to belittle as a customer and then she decided to disrespect my husband and my husband called her a whole because she was acting like one. I’m a business owner and this is the reason I use TURO! Less headache better cars for cheaper. Managers like Erin is why the rental car industry is dying. Just use Turo y’all.

Feel like I Have to take a star off for sending me off with an almost empty windshield washer fluid tank. Unfortunately I learned about that after fuelling up at one of the last gas station going towards the grand canyon. Perhaps it's a small detail, but after the storm and dirty, wet, snow melting roads it caused me great safety concerns and a need to stop several times to throw snow on the windshield to get it cleared. Other than that, service was great

Waited almost 40 min for a car to get “cleaned”. It never came. I had an important meeting to attend so I had to Uber and cancel my hertz reservation. You would think they clean the cars the moment they come back so they’re ready for the next costumer. Terrible service.

The staff was friendly and efficient. It was nice to work with people who could very naturally communicate with other people. This is a place you can go to get the old fashioned customer service and the perfect amount of small talk to make you smile without holding up the rest of your day AND get the car you need.

Came in this morning to ask about adding an associate to a business rental. The staff was extremely helpful and quickly identified that this was already covered rather than charging the fee. Great interaction.

Beware this location. Manager assistant FORGED my signature on a damage incident report days after returning the Dodge Charger. Damage that was documented as existing in the pre-rental inspection! I know who it is because his reflection is on the windshield in the damage report photos and I confirmed his identity with the assistant manager. The location manager denied wrongdoing by anyone and removed the damage report. I reported this to Hertz corporate and they only stated that I am not responsible for the damage any longer. Not even an apology.

I rented with Hertz South Priest Drive a month ago and went to book with them again recently. However we struck troubles as I am under 25 and have no access to a credit card. I was unable to use a parents/friends credit card as they must be the renter of the vehicle.I expressed how I was able to rent a car just a month ago and we did not strike this issue at that time.The staff member I dealt with then spoke in a very aggressive tone and was not cooperative whatsoever. This staff member was very rude.I understand that what I want doesn't fit your policy, but don't speak in a rude way. It may be worth revisiting the policy if you want to access more customers. It also may be worth investigating how this was allowed to happen once if it is against policy.
