“First off I would like to say…I am a guy that doesn’t write reviews. I had an issue with a 118” Makita Track Saw Guide. It wasn’t cutting true. I reached out to Fisher Tools and they told me to bring it on down and talk to Tom, I felt like I traveled back in time…. You know, when there was Customer Service . Tom assured me we could resolve my issue. Tom immediately reached out to the Makita Customer Service Rep. When the Makita Service Rep called me, he said how about I just order you a new one and bring it to you. So I would give 10 stars to Fisher and Makita for standing by there products and outstanding customer service. Also by the way, this was 4 months after I purchased the saw guide, when I first used it I made one rip to exact measurements and noticed a couple of the cabinet sides were not square.The next time I used the Guide I made another rip and decided to double / triple check everything. This is when I noticed that the guide had a slight bow in the middle, no questions were asked regarding when or if I filled out the Warranty registration..so again, a BIG Thank you to Fisher tools and Makita.

“My husband and I needed a plate to cover the two shower knob holes in our bathroom. This is our first time getting any type of materials for our shower so we were confused. The minute we called in, the customer service was incredible! During the call, the customer service rep told us what location had the part we needed and put a hold for us. When we got there, the staff was super helpful too. We were considering getting a shower kit there (trimmings, valve) and the staff were so thorough with explaining the different brands and the pros/cons of each of them. If we need any materials in the future, we will definitely come here!”
“About a month ago I stole a rat from the garden section at this home depot and took it home to be my pet as I was quite lonely I named him Bobo and even got him a collar we go on walks and every so often I take him back to his original home and let him run free in the jungle of the home depot garden I feel such sadness though when I encounter the rat traps they're so inhumane please if you see a rat bring it home to be your best friend”

1330 W Baseline Rd, Tempe“This is the Home Depot closest to where I live. We always come here for any home projects or just to pick up replacement parts. 1) Our home has lots of different light bulbs and we are able to find all the kinds (even the under the kitchen counter light bulbs that I have never seen anywhere else before)2) Love the once a month free kid workshop they have on Saturday! Great fun for all ages and helps them to learn to assemble with basic tools!3) Had to replace all the bathroom tiles as a result of replacing entire sewage line. After going to several tile stores with crazy prices ($$$$), realized Home Depot has tiles that doesn't need ordering and can get enough to retile bathroom floor for much less ($)4) I agree that sometimes it is hard to get someone to help you (requires walking around asking) but once I find someone, they are usually very helpful. More than once, if I bring the broken part, they are even willing to open the package to let me make sure it is the right part.All in all, I think this location is pretty awesome!”

“Not really liking the new layout and merchandising strategy. We have been successfully shopping here for years and was totally disappointed in our visits this week.
It's still a nice place with a lot of product, especially if you're doing epoxy stuff from the looks of the shelves.
And they have always done a great job with custom cuts etc”
