I am from out of town and used google to find a beauty supply store. This location stated it opens at 9am i arrived early and waited. Never opened at 9am, i even gave them a 10min grace period. No one showed up. Please update your hours if you are not going to open up on the time listed.

Pls Read:They will over charge you on items in the store. Because they don’t tag the price on the items they make up prices if you want it. And Some things may not even work I had to return a defective item. If you go in there enter at own risk because the old (Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese idk) Lady was standoffish to me and I’m spending my hard own money. The store doesn’t have a/c you will be in heat bring yourself a water bottle. I’m serious go to a more better hair and weave supply. Do not go here. Your services will not be appreciated. I will not ever return with my business, Y’all have been warned.

Don't shop here!!! I have spent tons of money with them. went to return a pack of $100 hair that all we did was open it. didn't comb it or anything and the lady refused to give me a refund. Absolutely nothing wrong with the hair. They are just about the money. she didn't want to lose her sale. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

When visiting the store, we were watched the entire time, by an older female worker. As we shopped, she asked us if we were almost done yet, rushing us, and then proceeded to tell us five minutes later that she needed to take the items that we had to the front register. I’ve been to the store multiple times and I’ve never had to give a worker items for them to take to the register while shopping. As an African American women this made the entire shopping experience very uncomfortable, and I will not be spending my money there again.

Love this place ! The owner she's amazing , quality is pn point , prices are always fair & definitely the owner knows what she's doing no where else in the valley in my opinion can anywhere else compete with customer service, & price !:)

I’m not easily offended at all but the lady working today was so extremely rude it was almost unbelievable. She looks at me and says oooh what’s wrong with your legs ???(I’m very heavily tattooed) as if that’s not rude enough she then says ewwww your arms too ???Even besides this there are very little items and everything is super overpriced.Overall a terrible experience

I love Tina and Seth. Tina is a professional who knows exactly what she's doing. My Mother who has passed went to her for many years and now I am going to her and couldn't be more pleased. My Hair is healthy and growing again ! I didn't think that was possible. Seth is her son and he is amazing too, and if you love a relaxing shampoo, he's your guy. It's Hair care with love!

I'm visiting here from another state so therefore I didn't have many options to go to for my hair care products. This place gouges you! What I normally pay approximately $4 four ended up costing me 6.99! Because I don't know my way around and I'm trying to stay as close to my hotel as possible there are very limited options. But I'm very disappointed at how they almost double the price. I'm here for another two weeks if I need something related to my hair, i definitely won't be going here. So disappointed ? it also doesn't help that the prices aren't on the boxes.
