The prices are ridiculous. Goodwill is going down the drain. Won’t ever go there again. Remember that they are non profit (don’t get taxed) get there stuff for free and only donate 10% of their revenue. An here they are trying to charge $79 for an old pair of sneakers.

This is an amazing Goodwill I recently found more than five different selections something that's really hard to find. I got to say this Goodwill is one of my top five favorites of all the different Goodwills in the Phoenix Metro area. I think they're great and you should go check them out.

The prices here are actually hilarious. The store is nearly always a mess. I guess what I am saying is that this is exemplary of Goodwill in general. Ha.

The manager of this location is extremely rude and condescending. Brought a squishmallow to return that had been purchased at store #190 had receipt and tags attached to the toy. She was very accusatory that I was not returning the same item when in fact I was. I asked her several times to call store number 190, and have them pull the register video from checkout, to confirm that that is the exact item I purchased. She refused and just continued to imply that I was somehow lying over $4.87? What a joke, get real lady you are whacked.

This was quite a while back, but the last time I got to see my grandma we went to this Goodwill and they made us feel like royalty. My grandmother was pretty much homebound but I was able to wheel her over in her wheelchair to get a haircut and then here to go thriftstore shopping (one of her favorite things). The ladies working that day made her really feel special. It was the last time I got to see my grandma and they helped give her a perfect day.

Horrible customer service from the “manager” a tall white older. 5”6 + female so pink tags were 50% off I found a small crock pot I plugged it into the electric table with outlets when it didn’t come on I plugged two irons in another Latin female employee plugged two different hair dryers in nothing worked a guy flipped the switch board nothing still so I continued looking at the racks that I’m sure the employees got the hood picks of because nothing was there it was lame go to the front ask for help ask where’s the manager maybe they’ll know where another outlet is explained the situation she threw up her hand inExaggeration dramafied dramatic saying I don’t know I don’t know where any are I walked away saying what great work ethic they replied sarcastically yes it is at that point I decided I was better than that to slap a silly person and walked out
