Super busy plaza right off the highway. Luckily though there's plenty of parking but wowzers- so many people and cars there. They have a Walmart there, but beware very crowded and long lines the last time I went. At this plaza, there is also a dollar store, and I saw some places stop for a quick bite like a donut shop and Panda Express. There's also a furniture store here. It's nice that there's everything here, but I would reccomend certainly coming later during the day or just early morning to avoid the rush hour here.

This place is a prime example of what it looks like to hire people with absolutely no customer service ability. Bought mk1 and had to exchange it 3 times which made this visit the 4th time which was all explained to the associate Hailee. Instead of me wasting gas to keep going back and forth to keep exchanging the same thing I wanted to return it and be done with it (which this same location has taken care of for me before with no issues). Hailee looks over at the policy and says the only thing they can do is exchange it over and over again and I responded by telling her I've had this issue taken care of here before and she reply's with it must have been before the policy (I've worked at GameStop myself and it's always been the policy but GameStop gives it's employees the power to take care of the customer) which to me made me think she was new on top of looking at the policy so I mentioned she seemed new and that obviously struck a when she responded with she had been there for 4 years. I asked her to call someone to see if she could take care of it but she instead said "they'll just say the same thing" I again asked her to call because I've had it taken care of at this store before and she keeps giving excuses until she finally ask for my number and says "I'll call one person and if they say no that's that" and with me already being angry about the fact I have to keep exchanging the game I tell her to not even say anything to me and just call them. She comes back out and says well yea they said the same thing we can't do it so I grab the game and start walking out and turn to her and say she needs to work on her customer service skills if she thinks it's ok to say "I'll call one person" instead of leaving it at "I'll call somebody" and she didn't like that or that "she was being told what to do" I walk out letting her know she was a dumbass and I hear her respond with "you are too" as I'm walking out which prompted me to go back inside and tell her to either call the manager she was just on the phone with or give me the number to corporate and that she is representing GameStop and there's no place you can go where they say to you "I'll call one person and that's that" and nobody will think that's rude but her response was "there's a lot of places that do worse than that" but failing to realize this isn't about the other places it's about how she represents her job of "4 years". Hailee chose instead of helping the customer to be combative and rude instead of giving the service she herself would want in that instance, not displeased about the return, completely displeased with how a customer who was having issues was treated in a place they've spent a lot of money in.

Visited PetSmart and bought a conure. The staff were supportive, but not money-hungry. They insisted I show a photo of the cage the conure would be living in. I was so impressed that they cared for the future of the bird and not the sale.
