I came in with an issue with my Audi and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like family and I've never been more impressed with the effort and communication they give. I won't be taking my car to anyone else. Shout out to Josh for being the best there is.

Excellent customer service, honest, very friendly and helpful. Brian was incredibly friendly and even recommended I buy a small part elsewhere to save money. Brandon gave a discount in order to ensure the price came in at what I was quoted.

The first repair they did was decent and so I went once more for their recommended repair.
When i got my car back the second time there were more issues than when I dropped off my car. My AC was hardly blowing any air at all and that was not the case when I dropped it off. Also my radio no longer picks up stations and is pretty much all static now. The liner inside the car is coming down right where the antenna is. That leads me to believe they either knew there was an issue and attempted to fix it or were at least looking at the connection. Joey fixed the AC problem. The radio however is still messed up and when he started talking smack to me about the radio I was done. DONE.
I do not recommend this place. There lack of accountability and the fact that there was damages done to my car while in their possession is very concerning and very upsetting. They also never called me when the second repair was finished, I had to call them hours later and they confirmed it was ready to be picked up. I do not appreciate the empty promises of getting that call that never came and also Joey telling me they would do everything possible to fix the damages. Slippery people. My car has never run as well as it did prior to me bringing it to them for the second and last time. Huge regret. They are very expensive too. They want $750 to replace the back brakes.

These guys are honest and very adept in all aspects of automotive care. They performed a major repair on my daughter’s car 4 months ago, and it’s been running great ever since. I just took my car in, and the Service Manager thoroughly explained what needed to be fixed. They were quick, yet thorough with the repairs. Their pricing is fair, and the customer service is top notch We will go to Tempe Greulich's from here on out. I highly recommend their services.
