Usually, I really like Great Clips; however, the last time I went It was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received in my life. The guy made me so uncomfortable. He looked at my card four or five times and asked me the same questions repeatedly. He sprayed my hair soaking wet so that it was dripping down my neck.couldn’t get out of there Fast enough.
Stylist: He was a young man and may have had a French accent.

Amazing Great Clips My mother and I came In Today to get our hair cuts done and we had the best service both the ladies were very friendly and kind to us we were seated right away and got our hair done just the exact way we requested excellent service Christy Was the best hair Stylist she was very kind and caring and done an amazing job on our hair I would definitely recommend her and this place for hair cuts we will definitely be back again for sure Five Stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?

I am only putting the location because when you see "response from the owner" they ask about the location. McClintock and Southern in Tempe, AZ. Anyway.... I had fractured my leg. I can't bear weight on that leg/take showers yet. It's hard to wash my hair in the tub or sink. I needed a shampoo and conditioning. Only $5. Alyssa was great. I got emotional a couple of times because of all that's going on with me. Alyssa took it in stride and treated me with dignity. I am definitely going back to see Alyssa again. Also, their shampoo and conditioner has a fantastic minty smell.
Leg supports on the hair wash chairs would be great. It would help those of us with splints/casts/injuries. Thanks.

Very rude behavior by blue dyed barber. Not recommended to visit this place. Other places are way better, haircut was OK at the best but not friendly

Fast Service. One's haircut will depend on the Barber/Stylist though. Ask for discount coupons. You might get lucky.

I've gone a lot of times to get my haircut here and it's so hit or miss half the barbers have no clue what they're doing and the other half are decent. I was going to one lady who was amazing and took time to cut my hair well, however she left and now since I've been back not a single decent haircut. They just rush to get your cut done as quick as possible so they can get to the next customer they do not value their customers in the slightest.

booked an appointment an hour ahead of time , sat in my car waiting to be be told we're not straightening hair or washing. you need to get it together an let people know ahead of time that you guys are not willing to do those services. i'm beyond angry waste of my time

My oldest sister and I were just there today on 1/3/24 we were absolutely very disappointed in the service. We checked in online and sat there people came in behind us and we're ahead of us. It's not right that should not have happened we've been going there over a year and now this. We ended leaving not waiting on our turns when we should have been before them. ? Why were we treated like that?
